BERAKHIRNYA KUASA PERTAMBANGAN

CHAPTER VII

END OF MINING POWER

 

Pasal 18

Article 18

 

Kuasa pertambangan dapat dibatalkan dengan Keputusan Menteri:

a. apabila pemegang kuasa tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah yang dimaksud dalam pasal 11 ayat (2) atau yang ditentukan dalam Keputusan Menteri yang tersebut dalam pasal 11 ayat (3).;

b. jika pemegang kuasa ingkar menjalankan perintah-perintah dan petunjuk-petunjuk yang diberikan oleh pihak yang berwajib untuk kepentingan Negara.

Mining authorization can be canceled by Ministerial Decree:

a. if the power of attorney holder does not fulfill the requirements stipulated in the Government Regulation referred to in article 11 paragraph (2) or specified in the Ministerial Decree referred to in article 11 paragraph (3);

b. if the holder of the power of attorney refuses to carry out the orders and instructions given by the authorities in the interests of the State.
