PERTAMBANGAN

GOVERNMENT REGULATION IN LIEU OF LAW

NUMBER 37 OF 1960

CONCERNING

MINING

 

PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

 

Menimbang : d. bahwa karena itu dianggap perlu adanya suatu peraturan baru tentang pertambangan agar penyelenggaraan usaha pembangunan dapat dilakukan dengan segiat-giatnya dan dengan tegas menuju kepada cita-cita bangsa yang dimaksud diatas;

e. bahwa karena keadaan memaksa soal tersebut diatur dengan peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-undang;

Considering: d. that it is therefore deemed necessary to establish a new regulation on mining so that the conduct of mining operations may be pursued with the utmost vigor and with firm resolve toward the national ideals referred to above;

e. that, due to compelling circumstances, the matter must be regulated by means of a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law;
