Pasal 28.

Dengan ditentukan penentuan lebih lanjut tentang pungutan Negara ini oleh Peraturan Pemerintah maka akan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat dapat diatur apabila diperlukan suatu perobahan dalam pungutan Negara itu.

By stipulating further details regarding this State levy through a Government Regulation, it will be easier and faster to make adjustments should a change to the levy become necessary.

Di sini ditegaskan kewajiban pengusaha pertambangan dalam memelihara wilayah pertambangannya sehingga agar tidak menjadi sumber penyakit bagi rakyat sekitarnya bila usaha pertambangan telah selesai dan wilayah kerja pertambangan telah ditinggalkan.

This article affirms the obligation of mining operators to maintain their mining areas so that they do not become a source of disease for the surrounding population once mining operations have concluded and the mining work area has been abandoned.
