11) Penatagunaan lahan yang ditujukan untuk peruntukan lain selain revegetasi dilakukan hingga lahan tersebut stabil dan siap difungsikan sesuai peruntukannya.

12) Pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi dan IUPK Operasi Produksi yang memiliki program reklamasi dalam bentuk revegetasi wajib melakukan revegetasi setelah penatagunaan lahan selesai dilaksanakan.

13) Pelaksanaan revegetasi wajib ditujukan untuk perlindungan keanekaragaman hayati sesuai peruntukannya. (halaman 223)

11) Land use for purposes other than revegetation must be maintained until the land is stable and ready for its intended use.

12) Holders of Production Operation Mining Permits (IUP) and Production Operation Special Mining Permits (IUPK) with revegetation reclamation programs are required to conduct revegetation after land use is completed.
