c) 100% (seratus persen) dari besaran Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi setelah kegiatan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi memenuhi penyelesaian akhir, sesuai dengan Pedoman Penilaian Reklamasi Tahap Operasi Produksi tercantum dalam Matrik 17.

d) Dalam hal penilaian keberhasilan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi belum mencapai 100% (seratus persen), besaran nilai pencairan atau pelepasan Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi disesuaikan dengan hasil penilaian di lapangan.

e) Besaran sisa Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi yang belum dapat dicairkan atau dilepaskan wajib ditempatkan kembali sebagai Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi. (halaman 249)

c) 100% (one hundred percent) of the Reclamation Guarantee amount for the Production Operation stage after the Reclamation activities for the Production Operation stage have reached their final completion, in accordance with the Reclamation Assessment Guidelines for the Production Operation stage listed in Matrix 17.

d) If the assessment of the success of the Reclamation for the Production Operation stage has not reached 100% (one hundred percent), the amount of the Reclamation Guarantee disbursement or release will be adjusted based on the results of the field assessment.

e) The remaining amount of the Reclamation Guarantee for the Production Operation stage that cannot be disbursed or released must be reinvested as a Reclamation Guarantee for the Production Operation stage. (page 249)
