o) Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya dapat memerintahkan pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi dan IUPK Operasi Produksi untuk mengubah bentuk jaminan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi berdasarkan pertimbangan:

(1) kinerja pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi dan IUPK Operasi Produksi; dan/atau

(2) kemampuan keuangan pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi dan IUPK Operasi Produksi.

p) Pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi dan IUPK Operasi Produksi dapat mengajukan perubahan bentuk Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi kepada Menteri melalui Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya. (halaman 242)

o) The Director General, on behalf of the Minister or the governor, in accordance with his/her authority, may instruct the holder of a Production Operation Mining Business Permit and a Special Production Operation Mining Business Permit to change the form of the Reclamation Guarantee for the Production Operation stage based on the following considerations:

(1) the performance of the holder of the Production Operation Mining Business Permit and the Special Production Operation Mining Business Permit; and/or

(2) the financial capacity of the holder of the Production Operation Mining Business Permit and the Special Production Operation Mining Business Permit.

p) Holders of Production Operation Mining Business Permits and Special Production Operation Mining Business Permits may submit a change to the form of the Production Operation Reclamation Guarantee to the Minister through the Director General or the governor, in accordance with their authority.
