tahap Eksplorasi wajib melakukan evaluasi terhadap laporan pelaksanaan
Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi setelah dokumen Studi Kelayakan disetujui.
d) Evaluasi terhadap laporan pelaksanaan Reklamasi
tahap Eksplorasi dilaksanakan dengan berpedoman pada Kriteria Keberhasilan
Reklamasi Tahap Eksplorasi tercantum dalam Matrik 11.
e) Pencairan Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi hanya
dapat dilakukan setelah hasil penilaian mencapai nilai 100 % (seratus persen)
sesuai dengan Matrik 12. (halaman 247)
c) The
Director General, on behalf of the Minister or governor, with his/her
authority, prior to approving the disbursement of the Exploration Reclamation
Guarantee, must evaluate the Exploration Reclamation implementation report
after the Feasibility Study document has been approved.
d) Evaluation
of the Exploration Reclamation implementation report is carried out in
accordance with the Exploration Reclamation Success Criteria set out in Matrix
11.
e)
Disbursement of the Exploration Reclamation Guarantee may only be made after
the assessment results reach 100% (one hundred percent) in accordance with
Matrix 12. (page 247)
