of the implementation report for Reclamation in the Production Operation stage
other than revegetation (other forms of reclamation) is carried out based on

submitted by the holder of a Production Operation Mining Business Permit or a
Special Production Operation Mining Business Permit based on a study.

results of the field review must be documented in a report containing an
assessment of the success of the Production Operation Reclamation stage in
