c) Penempatan Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi dilakukan dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak rencana kerja dan anggaran biaya tahap Eksplorasi disetujui oleh Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya.

d) Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi berupa Deposito Berjangka yang ditempatkan pada bank Pemerintah di Indonesia atas nama Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur qq pemegang IUP Eksplorasi atau IUPK Eksplorasi yang bersangkutan dengan jangka waktu penjaminan sesuai dengan jadwal Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi. c) The placement of the Reclamation Guarantee for the Exploration stage is carried out within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the approval of the work plan and budget for the Exploration stage by the Director General on behalf of the Minister or governor in accordance with their authority.

d) The Reclamation Guarantee for the Exploration stage is in the form of a Time Deposit placed in a Government bank in Indonesia on behalf of the Director General or governor qq holder of the Exploration Mining Business Permit or Special Exploration Mining Business Permit concerned with the guarantee period in accordance with the Reclamation schedule for the Exploration stage.
