3) Pemegang IUP Ekplorasi atau IUPK Eksplorasi wajib menyampaikan kembali rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi yang telah disempurnakan kepada Menteri melalui Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya dalam jangka waktu paling lama 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak tanggal pengembalian rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi.

4) Apabila dalam jangka waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak diterimanya rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi atau penyempurnaan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi, Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya tidak memberikan saran penyempurnaan atau persetujuan, maka rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi yang disampaikan dianggap disetujui. 3) Holders of an Exploration Mining Business Permit or a Special Exploration Mining Business Permit are required to resubmit the revised Exploration phase Reclamation plan to the Minister through the Director General or the governor in accordance with their authority within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of return of the Exploration phase Reclamation plan.

4) If within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the Exploration phase Reclamation plan or the revision of the Exploration phase Reclamation plan, the Director General on behalf of the Minister or the governor in accordance with their authority does not provide suggestions for improvements or approval, then the submitted Exploration phase Reclamation plan is deemed approved.
