5) Pemegang IUP Eksplorasi dan IUPK Eksplorasi wajib
melakukan perubahan atas rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi yang telah
disetujui apabila terjadi perubahan rencana Eksplorasi atau Dokumen Lingkungan
Hidup.
6) Perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi
disampaikan kepada Menteri melalui Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai
dengan kewenangannya dalam jangka waktu paling lambat tanggal 30 Juni pada
tahun berjalan.
7) Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur
sesuai dengan kewenangannya memberikan penilaian dan persetujuan atas perubahan
rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi dalam jangka waktu paling lama 30 (tiga
puluh) hari kalender sejak diterimanya perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap
Eksplorasi, tidak termasuk jumlah hari yang diperlukan untuk penyempurnaan
perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi. (halaman 232)
5) Holders of
Exploration Mining Business Permits and Special Exploration Mining Business
Permits are required to amend the approved Exploration phase Reclamation plan
if there are changes to the Exploration plan or Environmental Document.
6) Changes to
the Exploration phase Reclamation plan must be submitted to the Minister
through the Director General or the governor in accordance with their authority
no later than June 30th, of the current year.
7) The
Director General, on behalf of the Minister or governor in accordance with
their authority, will assess and approve changes to the Exploration phase
Reclamation plan within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of
the changes to the Exploration phase Reclamation plan, excluding the number of
days required to finalize the changes to the Exploration phase Reclamation
