7) Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya memberikan penilaian dan persetujuan atas perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi dalam jangka waktu paling lama 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak diterimanya perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi, tidak termasuk jumlah hari yang diperlukan untuk penyempurnaan perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi.

8) Dalam hal perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi belum memenuhi ketentuan Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya mengembalikan perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi kepada pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi atau IUPK Operasi Produksi untuk disempurnakan. 7) The Director General, on behalf of the Minister or governor, in accordance with his/her authority, shall provide an assessment and approval of changes to the Reclamation plan for the Production Operation stage within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the changes to the Reclamation plan for the Production Operation stage, excluding the number of days required to refine the changes to the Reclamation plan for the Production Operation stage.

8) If the changes to the Reclamation plan for the Production Operation stage do not meet the requirements, the Director General, on behalf of the Minister or governor, in accordance with his/her authority, shall return the changes to the Reclamation plan for the Production Operation stage to the holder of the Production Operation Mining Business Permit or the Special Production Operation Mining Business Permit for refinement.
