10) Apabila dalam jangka waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak diterimanya perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi atau penyempurnaan perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi, Direktur Jenderal atas nama Menteri atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya tidak memberikan saran penyempurnaan atau persetujuan, maka perubahan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi yang disampaikan dianggap disetujui.

11) Persetujuan rencana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi termasuk di dalamnya penetapan besaran Jaminan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi sesuai jangka waktu Eksplorasi dengan rincian tahunan. (halaman 233)

10) If within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of the revised Reclamation plan for the Exploration stage or the improvement of the revised Reclamation plan for the Exploration stage, the Director General, on behalf of the Minister or governor in accordance with his/her authority, does not provide suggestions for improvement or approval, then the revised Reclamation plan for the Exploration stage that was submitted is deemed approved.

11) Approval of the Reclamation plan for the Exploration stage includes the determination of the amount of the Reclamation Guarantee for the Exploration stage according to the Exploration period with annual details. (page 233)
