d) The
Director General, on behalf of the Minister or governor, in accordance with
his/her authority, in assessing the disbursement or release of the Reclamation
Guarantee for the Production Operation stage, is required to evaluate the
report on the implementation of the Reclamation for the Production Operation
stage and conduct field inspections.
e) Evaluation
of the report on the implementation of the Reclamation for the Production
Operation stage, in the form of revegetation, is carried out in accordance with
the Success Criteria for Reclamation for the Production Operation Stage, as set
out in Matrix 16. (page 248)
