26) Pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi dan IUPK Operasi Produksi wajib menyampaikan rencana Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi periode 5 (lima) tahun berikutnya kepada Menteri melalui Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 45 (empat puluh lima) hari kalender sebelum berakhirnya periode Reklamasi tahap Operasi Produksi periode 5 (lima) tahun sebelumnya.

27) Dalam hal sisa umur tambang periode berikutnya kurang dari 5 (lima) tahun, rencana Reklamasinya disusun sesuai dengan sisa umur tambang.

26) Holders of Production Operation Mining Business Permits and Special Production Operation Mining Business Permits are required to submit a Reclamation plan for the Production Operation stage for the next 5 (five) years to the Minister through the Director General or the governor in accordance with their authority no later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days before the end of the Reclamation period for the Production Operation stage for the previous 5 (five) years.

27) If the remaining mine life for the next period is less than 5 (five) years, the Reclamation plan is prepared in accordance with the remaining mine life.
