a) Pemegang IUP Eksplorasi dan IUPK Eksplorasi wajib
menyampaikan laporan pelaksanaan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi setiap 1 (satu)
tahun kepada Menteri melalui Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan
kewenangannya paling lambat tanggal 31 Januari pada tahun berjalan.
b) Format penyusunan laporan Pelaksanaan Reklamasi

a) Holders of
Exploration Mining Business Permits and Special Exploration Mining Business
Permits are required to submit a report on the implementation of Reclamation
during the Exploration stage every 1 (one) year to the Minister through the
Director General or the governor in accordance with their authority no later
than January 31st of the current year.
b) The format
for compiling the report on the Implementation of Reclamation during the
Exploration Stage is listed in Matrix 8. (page 247)
