4) Rencana biaya Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi memperhitungkan nilai uang masa depan pada saat pelaksanaan Eksplorasi.

5) Nilai uang masa depan mengacu pada suku bunga obligasi Pemerintah apabila mata uang dalam Rupiah, atau suku bunga obligasi Dolar Amerika Serikat apabila mata uang dalam Dolar Amerika Serikat.

6) Rencana biaya Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi harus menutup seluruh biaya pelaksanaan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi termasuk pelaksanaan Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga. (halaman 221)

4) The Exploration Reclamation cost plan takes into account the future value of money at the time of exploration.

5) The future value of money refers to the interest rate on government bonds if the currency is denominated in Rupiah, or the interest rate on US dollar bonds if the currency is denominated in US dollars.

6) The Exploration Reclamation cost plan must cover all costs of implementing Exploration Reclamation, including any Exploration Reclamation carried out by third parties. (page 221)
