8. IUP Operasi Produksi adalah izin usaha yang diberikan setelah selesai pelaksanaan IUP Ekplorasi untuk melakukan tahapan kegiatan operasi produksi.

9. IUPK Operasi Produksi adalah izin usaha yang diberikan setelah selesai pelaksanaan IUPK Ekplorasi untuk melakukan tahapan kegiatan operasi produksi di wilayah izin usaha pertambangan khusus.

10. IUP Operasi Produksi khusus untuk pengolahan dan/atau pemurnian yang selanjutnya disebut IUP Operasi Produksi khusus untuk pengolahan dan/atau pemurnian adalah izin usaha yang diberikan kepada perusahaan untuk membeli, mengangkut, mengolah, dan memurnikan termasuk menjual komoditas tambang mineral atau batubara hasil olahannya.

8. A Production Operation Mining Business Permit is a business permit granted after the completion of an Exploration Mining Business Permit to carry out production operations.

9. A Special Production Operation Mining Business Permit is a business permit granted after the completion of a Special Exploration Mining Business Permit to carry out production operations in the special mining business permit area.

10. A Production Operation Mining Business Permit specifically for processing and/or refining, hereinafter referred to as a Production Operation Mining Business Permit specifically for processing and/or refining, is a business permit granted to a company to purchase, transport, process, and refine, including selling processed mineral or coal mining commodities.
