d. Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan
kewenangannya memberikan persetujuan terhadap perubahan rencana Pascatambang
dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 75 (tujuh puluh lima) hari kerja;
e. Dalam hal perubahan rencana Pascatambang belum memenuhi
ketentuan, Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya
menyampaikan hasil evaluasi perubahan rencana Pascatambang kepada pemegang IUP
tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi
Produksi untuk diperbaiki;
f. Pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang
IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi wajib menyampaikan kembali perubahan
rencana Pascatambang yang telah diperbaiki kepada Direktur Jenderal atau
gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 20 (dua
puluh) hari kerja sejak tanggal surat hasil evaluasi perubahan rencana
Pascatambang;
d. The Director General
or the governor, in accordance with their authority, shall approve changes to
the Postmining plan within a maximum of 75 (seventy-five) working days;
e. If the changes to
the Postmining plan do not meet the requirements, the Director General or the
governor, in accordance with their authority, shall submit the results of the
evaluation of the changes to the Postmining plan to the holder of a Mining
Business Permit at the Production Operation stage or the holder of a Special
Mining Business Permit at the Production Operation stage for revision;
f. The holder of a
Mining Business Permit at the Production Operation stage or the holder of a
Special Mining Business Permit at the Production Operation stage must resubmit
the revised changes to the Postmining plan to the Director General or the
governor, in accordance with their authority, within a maximum of 20 (twenty)
working days from the date of the letter containing the results of the
evaluation of the changes to the Postmining plan;
