d. Jaminan Reklamasi untuk IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi
Produksi dan IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi Pertambangan Mineral bukan
logam dan batuan dengan umur tambang kurang dari atau sama dengan 5 (lima)
tahun ditempatkan seluruhnya sebagai bagian dari Jaminan Pascatambang;
e. Tata cara penempatan Jaminan Pascatambang IUP tahap
kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi komoditas
Mineral bukan logam dan batuan dengan umur ≤5 (kurang dari atau sama dengan
lima) tahun dilaksanakan dengan penempatan setiap tahun dengan besaran yang
sama, dan sudah menempatkan 100% (seratus persen) paling lambat 2 (dua) tahun
sebelum IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi
Produksi berakhir;
f. Jaminan Pascatambang berupa Deposito Berjangka ditempatkan
pada bank Pemerintah di Indonesia atas nama Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur qq
pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan
Operasi Produksi yang bersangkutan dengan jangka waktu penjaminan 12 (dua
belas) bulan sejak tahun penempatan dengan perpanjangan otomatis (automatic roll over) dengan bunga
dikapitalisasi ke pokok;
d. Reclamation
Guarantees for Mining Business Permits in the Production Operation stage and
Special Mining Business Permits in the Production Operation stage for
non-metallic and rock minerals with a mine life of less than or equal to 5
(five) years are placed entirely as part of the Post-Mining Guarantee;
e. Procedures for
placing Post-Mining Guarantees for Mining Business Permits in the Production
Operation stage or Special Mining Business Permits in the Production Operation
stage for non-metallic and rock minerals with a mine life of less than or equal
to 5 (five) years are implemented by placing the same amount annually, and 100%
(one hundred percent) must be placed no later than 2 (two) years before the
Mining Business Permit in the Production Operation stage or Special Mining
Business Permit in the Production Operation stage ends;
f. Post-mining
Guarantee in the form of a Time Deposit placed in a Government bank in
Indonesia in the name of the Director General or governor qq holder of a Mining
Business Permit for the Production Operation stage or holder of a Special
Mining Business Permit for the Production Operation stage with a guarantee
period of 12 (twelve) months from the year of placement with automatic roll
over with interest capitalized to the principal;
