a. Perubahan rencana Pascatambang dapat disampaikan sebelum jangka waktu IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi berakhir;

b. Dalam hal pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi mendapatkan perpanjangan IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi, pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi mengajukan perubahan rencana Pascatambang kepada Direktur Jenderal atau gubernur sesuai dengan kewenangannya untuk mendapatkan persetujuan dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 45 (empat puluh lima) hari kerja sejak perpanjangan diberikan;

c. Pemegang IUP tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi atau pemegang IUPK tahap kegiatan Operasi Produksi wajib melakukan perubahan atas rencana Pascatambang yang telah disetujui apabila terjadi perubahan atas:

1) tata guna lahan;

2) dokumen Studi Kelayakan; dan/atau

3) Dokumen Lingkungan Hidup yang telah disetujui oleh instansi yang berwenang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, yang mempengaruhi kriteria keberhasilan Pascatambang yang disetujui;

a. Changes to the Post-Mining plan may be submitted before the expiration of the Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage or the Special Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage;

b. If the holder of a Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage or the holder of a Special Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage receives an extension of the Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage or the Special Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage, the holder of the Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage or the holder of the Special Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage must submit changes to the Post-Mining plan to the Director General or the governor, in accordance with their authority, for approval within a maximum period of 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of the extension.

c. The holder of a Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage or the holder of a Special Mining Business Permit for the Production Operations stage must amend the approved Post-Mining plan if there are changes to:

1) land use;

2) Feasibility Study documents; and/or

3) Environmental Documents that have been approved by the authorized agency in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations in the field of environmental protection and management, which influence the approved Post-Mining success criteria;
