Dalam hal data sumber daya dan cadangan pada laporan akhir eksplorasi dan persetujuan akhir studi kelayakan yang telah ada belum diestimasi oleh Competent Person / Competent Person Indonesia, maka harus dilampirkan laporan estimasi sumber daya dan cadangan oleh Competent Person/Competent Person Indonesia

In the case that the resource and reserve data in the final exploration report and final approval of the existing feasibility study have not been estimated by the Competent Person/Competent Person Indonesia, then a resource and reserve estimation report by the Competent Person/Competent Person Indonesia must be attached.

Kewajiban PNBP

Non-Tax State Revenue Obligations

Menyelesaikan seluruh piutang PNBP (iuran tetap, iuran produksi / royalti, PHT, Kompensasi DMO, Denda Smelter, Bagian Pemerintah Pusat dari keuntungan bersih) yang belum dilakukan pelunasan dalam jangka waktu 1 (satu) bulan sejak diterbitkannya surat tagihan ketiga (piutang macet) atau telah mendapatkan persetujuan keringanan PNBP berupa angsuran sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan dilengkapi dengan surat pernyataan komitmen menyelesaikan angsuran PNBP dari penerima manfaat akhir (Benefical Ownership)

Settling all Non-Tax State Revenue receivables (fixed fees, production fees/royalties, Mining Revenue, Domestic Market Obligation Compensation, Smelter Fines, Central Government Share of net profits) that have not been paid off within 1 (one) month from the issuance of the third bill (bad debts) or have received approval for Non-Tax State Revenue relief in the form of installments in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and accompanied by a statement of commitment to settle the Non-Tax State Revenue installments from the final beneficiary (Benefical Ownership)
