Usaha yang dilakukan oleh Negara dan/atau Daerah dapat ber- bentuk :

a. Perusahaan Negara;

b. Perusahaan Daerah, yaitu semacam Perusahaan Negara yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Daerah, baik Daerah tingkat I atau tingkat II;

c. Perusahaan-bersama, yang dibentuk bersama-sama oleh Negara dan Daerah;

d. Perusahaan-campuran.

Enterprises undertaken by the State and/or the Region may take the form of:

a. State-owned enterprises;

b. Regional enterprises—a type of state-owned enterprise established by a Regional Government, whether at the Level I or Level II administrative level;

c. Joint enterprises, established jointly by the State and the Region;

d. Mixed enterprises.
