CONCERNING

THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION

NUMBER 96 OF 2021 CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

 

Pasal I

2. Ketentuan Pasal 17 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut:

(4) Pemberian WIUP Mineral logam dan WIUP Batubara dengan cara pemberian prioritas sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) huruf b terdiri atas:

b. pemberian prioritas kepada BUMN, BUMD, atau Badan Usaha swasta dalam rangka peningkatan akses pendidikan tinggi bagi masyarakat serta meningkatkan kemandirian dan keunggulan perguruan tinggi; dan

(4) The granting of a Mining Business License Area for metallic minerals and a Mining Business License Area for coal through the provision of priority, as referred to in paragraph (3) letter b, consists of:

b. granting priority to State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises, or private business entities, with the objective of increasing access to higher education for the public and enhancing the autonomy and excellence of higher education institutions; and
