CONCERNING

THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION

NUMBER 96 OF 2021 CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MINERAL AND COAL MINING BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

2. Ketentuan Pasal 17 diubah sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut:

(5) Menteri menetapkan rencana pemberian WIUP Mineral logam atau WIUP Batubara dengan cara prioritas paling sedikit memuat:

a. lokasi WIUP;

b. luas WIUP; dan

c. jenis komoditas.

(5) The Minister shall establish a plan for the granting of a Mining Business License Area (WIUP in Bahasa) for metallic minerals or coal, through a priority-based mechanism, which shall include at a minimum:

a. the location of the Mining Business License Area;

b. the size (area) of the Mining Business License Area; and

c. the type of commodity.
