Keputusan Menteri ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 tidak dicabut secara keseluruhan, melainkan hanya dicabut sebagian melalui Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 111.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2024 terkait pembukaan kembali area reklamasi pertambangan dan batubara.

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree Number 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 was not revoked in its entirety; rather, it was only partially revoked through Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree Number 111.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2024 regarding the reopening of mining and coal reclamation areas.
