RISK-BASED BUSINESS LICENSING

 

Bagian Kesatu

Part One

 

Umum

General

 

Pasal 2

(1)   Untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha sektor energi dan sumber daya mineral, Pelaku Usaha wajib memiliki PB sektor energi dan sumber daya mineral.

(2)   Apabila PB sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1), termasuk PB diluar sektor energi dan sumber daya mineral perlu dilengkapi dengan perizinan berusaha untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha, Pelaku Usaha wajib memiliki PB UMKU.

(3)   PB sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan PB UMKU sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) diproses secara elektronik melalui Sistem OSS.

(4)   Sistem OSS sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) terintegrasi secara elektronik dengan sistem di kementerian/lembaga.

Article 2

(1) To conduct business activities in the energy and mineral resources sector, Business Actors are required to possess a Business Permit for the energy and mineral resources sector.

(2) If the Business Permit as referred to in paragraph (1), including Business Permits outside the energy and mineral resources sector, requires a business permit to support the business activity, Business Actors are required to possess a Business Permit to Support the Business Activity.

(3) The Business Permit as referred to in paragraph (1) and the Business Permit to Support the Business Activity as referred to in paragraph (2) are processed electronically through the OSS System.

(4) The OSS System as referred to in paragraph (3) is electronically integrated with the system at the ministry/institution.
