The applicant submits a Feasibility Study Report accompanied by a Complete Exploration Report to the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal (DG of Minerals and Coal) in both soft and hard copy, as well as a cover letter for the Feasibility Study Report submission.
2.	Melakukan  Evaluasi Conducting an Evaluation	evaluasi		Laporan Studi Kelayakan harus dilengkapi dengan Laporan Lengkap Eksplorasi untuk: a. permohonan peningkatan tahap; dan b. perubahan Laporan Studi Kelayakan dalam rangka penambahan blok/prospek penambangan baru. The Feasibility Study Report must be accompanied by a Complete Exploration Report for: a. requests to increase the stage; and ditolak tanggapan keputusan b. changes to the Feasibility Study Report to add new mining blocks/prospects.	10 hari 10 days	Hasil Evaluasi Evaluation Results	Laporan Lengkap Eksplorasi dapat dievaluasi terlebih dahulu atau bersamaan dengan evaluasi terhadap Laporan Studi Kelayakan (unit teknis). Evaluasi laporan studi kelayakan dapat mengundang pemohon untuk mempresentasikan laporan tersebut jika diperlukan. Tanggapan hasil evaluasi baik laporan lengkap eksplorasi maupun laporan studi kelayakan dapat disampaikan kepada pemohon secara terpisah atau bersamaan. Hasil evaluasi dari LaporanLengkap Eksplorasi menjadi pertimbangan dalam persetujuan Laporan Studi Kelayakan. The Full Exploration Report may be evaluated prior to or concurrently with the evaluation of the Feasibility Study Report (technical unit). The feasibility study report evaluation may invite the applicant to present the report if necessary. Responses to the evaluation results of both the full exploration report and the feasibility study report may be submitted to the applicant separately or simultaneously. The evaluation results of the Full Exploration Report are taken into consideration in approving the Feasibility Study Berita Acara A Report.
3.	Melaksanakan sidang pleno Studi Kelayakan Conducting a plenary session of the Feasibility Study		keputusan		1 hari 1 day	Berita Acara News	Hasil evaluasi dapat dibawa ke sidang pleno (jika diperlukan) untuk mendapat tanggapan dari instansi terkait (Pemerintah Pusat atau Pemerintah Daerah). The evaluation results can be brought to a plenary session (if necessary) to get a response from the relevant agencies (Central Government or Regional Government).
4.	tanggapan Memberikan tanggapan Laporan Studi Kelayakan dan konsep persetujuan Provide feedback on the Feasibility Study Report and draft approval	ditolak Draft persetujuan			4 hari 4 days	Konsep Persetujuan atau Surat Perbaikan Draft Approval or Letter of Correction	Jika dari hasil evaluasi/ hasil sidang pleno ditolak maka laporan studi kelayakan dikembalikan kepada pemohon untuk ditanggapi dan jika disetujui maka akan dibuatkan konsep persetujuan Tekno Ekonomi dan/atau Persetujuan Akhir Laporan Studi Kelayakan. If the results of the evaluation/plenary session are rejected, the feasibility study report will be returned to the applicant for response and if approved, a draft Techno-Economic approval and/or Final Approval of the Feasibility Study Report will be prepared.
5.	Persetujuan disetujui persetujuan Agreement			Dokumen Laporan Studi Kelayakan dan izin lingkungan dari instansi terkait. Feasibility Study Report Documents and environmental permits from relevant agencies.	4 hari 4 days	Persetujuan Tekno Ekonomi dan/atau Persetujuan Akhir Laporan Studi Kelayakan Techno-Economic Approval and/or Final Approval of the Feasibility Study Report	Persetujuan Tekno Ekonomi diberikan jika pemohon tidak melampirkan Izin Lingkungan dari instansi terkait, Persetujuan Akhir Studi Kelayakan diberikan setelah pemohon menyampaikan Izin Lingkungan dari instansi terkait. Penandatangan persetujuan Akhir Laporan Studi Kelayakan oleh Dirjen cq. Menteri sesuai dengan kewenangannya dan pengambilan persetujuan Studi Kelayakan di Ruang Informasi dan Investasi Terpadu (RPIIT ). Techno-Economic Approval is given if the applicant does not attach an Environmental Permit from the relevant agency, Final Approval of the Feasibility Study is given after the applicant submits the Environmental Permit from the relevant agency. Signing of the Final Approval of the Feasibility Study Report by the Director General cq. Minister in accordance with his authority and taking approval of the Feasibility Study in the Integrated Information and Investment Room (RPIIT).
