1. UU No. 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Pertama atas UU No. 4 Tahun 2009,

2. UU No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja sebagai perubahan kedua atas UU No. 4 Tahun 2009

3. UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang - Undang atas UU No 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja

4. UU No. 2 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Keempat atas UU No. 4 Tahun 2009

In accordance with Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining, Article 158 concerning Illegal Mining (PETI) constitutes a serious criminal offense, as amended by:

1. Law Number 3 of 2020 concerning the First Amendment to Law Number 4 of 2009;

2. Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning the Omnibus Law on Job Creation as the second amendment to Law Number 4 of 2009;

3. Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Government Regulation in Lieu of Law to Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning the Omnibus Law on Job Creation;

4. Law Number 2 of 2025 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Law Number 4 of 2009

 

 

Undang -    Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara yang diubah dengan,

1. UU No. 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Pertama atas UU No. 4 Tahun 2009.
