4. Standar Kegiatan Usaha Berupa Izin Survei Umum

1.	Ruang Lingkup Scope	Standar ini mencakup jasa konsultasi kegiatan survei geofisika, survei geologi, survei seismik, dan survei geokimia. This standard covers consulting services for geophysical survey activities, geological surveys, seismic surveys, and geochemical surveys.
2.	Istilah dan Definisi Terms and Definitions	a.	Wilayah Kerja adalah daerah tertentu di dalam Wilayah Hukum Pertambangan Indonesia untuk pelaksanaan Eksplorasi dan Eksploitasi. Work Area is a specific area within the Indonesian Mining Legal Area for the implementation of Exploration and Exploitation.
		b.	Wilayah Terbuka adalah bagian dari Wilayah Hukum Pertambangan Indonesia yang belum ditetapkan sebagai Wilayah Kerja. Open Areas are parts of the Indonesian Mining Legal Area that have not been designated as Working Areas.
		c.	Survei Umum adalah kegiatan lapangan yang meliputi pengumpulan, analisis dan penyajian data yang berhubungan dengan informasi kondisi geologi untuk memperkirakan letak dan potensi sumber daya Minyak dan Gas Bumi di luar Wilayah Kerja. General Survey is a field activity that includes the collection, analysis and presentation of data related to geological conditions to estimate the location and potential of Oil and Gas resources outside the Work Area.
		d.	Izin Survei Umum adalah izin yang diberikan oleh Menteri kepada Badan Usaha untuk melaksanakan kegiatan survei Umum dalam Wilayah Terbuka. General Survey Permit is a permit granted by the Minister to a Business Entity to carry out General survey activities in Open Areas.
		e.	Badan Usaha adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang menjalankan jenis usaha bersifat tetap, terus menerus dan didirikan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan serta bekerja dan berkedudukan dalam Wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia A Business Entity is a company in the form of a legal entity that carries out a type of business that is permanent, continuous and established in accordance with statutory regulations and operates and is domiciled within the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
		f.	Kontraktor adalah Badan Usaha atau Bentuk Usaha Tetap yang ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan Eksplorasi dan Eksploitasi pada suatu Wilayah Kerja berdasarkan Kontrak Kerja Sama dengan Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi atau Badan Pengelola Minyak dan Gas Bumi. A Contractor is a Business Entity or Permanent Establishment that is appointed to carry out Exploration and Exploitation in a Work Area based on a Cooperation Contract with a Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities or the Oil and Gas Management Agency.
		g.	Pemilik Manfaat (Beneficial Ownership) yang selanjutnya disebut Pemilik Manfaat adalah orang perseorangan yang dapat menunjuk atau memberhentikan direksi, dewan komisaris, pengurus, pembina, atau pengawas pada korporasi, memiliki kemampuan untuk mengendalikan korporasi, berhak atas dan/atau menerima manfaat dari korporasi baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, merupakan pemilik sebenarnya dari dana atau saham korporasi. Beneficial Ownership, hereinafter referred to as Beneficial Owner, is an individual who can appoint or dismiss directors, commissioners, managers, advisors or supervisors in a corporation, has the ability to control the corporation, has the right to and/or receives benefits from the corporation either directly or indirectly, is the actual owner of the funds or shares of the corporation.
		h.	Menteri adalah menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang energi dan sumber daya mineral. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of energy and mineral resources.
		i.	Direktur Jenderal adalah Direktur Jenderal yang mempunyai tugas merumuskan serta melaksanakan kebijakan dan standarisasi teknis di bidang minyak dan gas bumi. The Director General is the Director General who has the task of formulating and implementing policies and technical standardization in the oil and gas sector.
		j.	Direktorat Jenderal adalah Direktorat Jenderal yang bidang tugas dan kewenangannya meliputi di bidang Minyak dan Gas Bumi. The Directorate General is the Directorate General whose duties and authorities include the Oil and Gas sector.
		k.	Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral yang selanjutnya disebut Pusdatin ESDM adalah unit kerja yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pengelolaan dan pengintegrasian data, informasi, dan teknologi informasi energi dan sumber daya mineral. The Energy and Mineral Resources Data and Information Technology Center, hereinafter referred to as the Energy and Mineral Resources Data Center, is a work unit that has the task of managing and integrating data, information, and information technology on energy and mineral resources.
