4. Standar Kegiatan Usaha Berupa Izin Survei Umum

4. Business Activity Standards in the Form of General Survey Permits

Permohonan Baru Persyaratan permohonan baru sesuai dengan persyaratan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko, dengan ketentuan terkait dengan jaminan kecukupan pendanaan yang dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari bank utama (prime bank) yang berkedudukan di Indonesia yang menerangkan bahwa badan usaha memiliki kemampuan pendanaan untuk melakukan kegiatan usahanya, berlaku bagi Badan Usaha yang berdiri kurang dari 3 (tiga) tahun serta tidak memiliki perusahaan induk. New Applications The requirements for new applications are in accordance with the requirements stipulated in Government Regulation Number 28 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing, with provisions related to guarantees of adequate funding, evidenced by a certificate from a primary bank domiciled in Indonesia, stating that the business entity has the financial capacity to conduct its business activities. This applies to Business Entities established for less than 3 (three) years and without a parent company.
		b.	Perpanjangan: Perpanjangan dapat diberikan sepanjang realisasi luasan area/panjang lintasan/jumlah titik Survei Umum telah mencapai 51% (lima puluh satu persen) di Wilayah Terbuka dengan memenuhi dokumen persyaratan berupa Berita Acara Laporan Kemajuan Kegiatan Survei Umum dan Usulan Perpanjangan; Extension: An extension may be granted as long as the actual area/track length/number of General Survey points has reached 51% (fifty-one percent) in the Open Area, provided that the required documents are met in the form of a General Survey Activity Progress Report Minutes and an Extension Proposal;
		c.	Penyesuaian Dalam hal terdapat perubahan luasan area/panjang lintasan/jumlah titik Survei Umum yang melebihi 20% (dua puluh persen) dari total luasan yang tertuang dalam Izin Survei Umum, wajib dilakukan penyesuaian dengan persyaratan: Adjustments If there are changes in the area/track length/number of General Survey points exceeding 20% ​​(twenty percent) of the total area stated in the General Survey Permit, adjustments must be made in accordance with the following requirements:
			1)	dalam hal Survei Umum dilaksanakan di Wilayah Terbuka seluruhnya: in the case of a General Survey being conducted entirely in an Open Area:
				a)	Berita Acara laporan kemajuan kegiatan Survei Umum dan perubahan lintasan; dan Minutes of the General Survey activity progress report and changes to the route; and
				b)	perubahan batas wilayah dan peta yang menggambarkan luasan area, panjang lintasan, atau jumlah titik Survei Umum yang dilengkapi dengan koordinat geografis dalam proyeksi Longitude dan Latitude. changes in regional boundaries and maps depicting the area size, length of the track, or number of General Survey points equipped with geographic coordinates in Longitude and Latitude projections.
			2)	dalam hal Survei Umum melintasi Wilayah Kerja aktif: in the case of a General Survey across an active Work Area:
				a)	Berita Acara laporan kemajuan kegiatan Survei Umum dan perubahan lintasan; Minutes of the General Survey activity progress report and changes to the route;
				b)	perubahan batas wilayah dan peta yang menggambarkan luasan area, panjang lintasan, atau jumlah titik Survei Umum yang dilengkapi dengan koordinat geografis dalam proyeksi Longitude dan Latitude; dan changes to regional boundaries and maps depicting the area, length of the track, or number of General Survey points equipped with geographic coordinates in Longitude and Latitude projections; and
				c)	surat keterangan tidak keberatan dari Kontraktor lainnya dalam hal perubahan lintasan Survei Umum akan melintasi Wilayah Kerja lainnya di luar Wilayah Kerja yang sudah disampaikan dalam dokumen awal. a letter of no objection from other Contractors in the event that changes to the General Survey route will cross other Work Areas outside the Work Areas that have been submitted in the initial document.
				Dalam hal dokumen atau data dan/atau informasi telah tersedia dalam sistem perizinan online (OSS), dokumen atau data dan/atau informasi tidak perlu disampaikan Pelaku Usaha. Dalam hal dokumen atau data dan/atau informasi mengalami perubahan, Pelaku Usaha melakukan perubahan data dan/atau informasi dalam sistem perizinan online (OSS). If documents, data, and/or information are already available in the online licensing system (OSS), the Business Actor does not need to submit them. If the documents, data, and/or information change, the Business Actor must make the changes in the online licensing system (OSS).
