(antara lain) KAK (Kerangka Acuan Kerja) dan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya); 3.
menghitung komponen biaya (biaya langsung personil / remuneration) dan biaya langsung non personil (direct reimbursable cost); 4. menghitung jumlah biaya untuk setiap
item pengeluaran; 5. menjumlahkan semua biaya untuk seluruh item pembayaran; 6.
Menghitung PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai), dan 7. menentukan besarnya HPS (Harga
Perhitungan Sendiri). Catatan, biaya langsung non-personil tidak melebihi 40%
dari biaya total, kecuali untuk pekerjaan yang bersifat khusus.

Implementation List / Purchase Order; 2. studying General Planning Documents
among others Terms of Reference and Budget Plan; 3. calculate the cost
components (personnel direct costs / remuneration) and direct non-personnel
costs (direct reimbursable costs); 4. calculate the amount of costs for each
expenditure item; 5. add all costs for all payment items; 6. calculating VAT
(Value Added Tax), and 7. determining the amount of Own Calculation Price.
Note, the direct costs of non-personnel do not exceed 40% of the total cost,

4. daftar biaya / tarif barang/jasa yang dikeluarkan oleh pabrikan /
distributor tunggal; 5. biaya kontrak sebelumnya atau yang sedang berjalan
dengan mempertimbangkan faktor perubahan biaya; 6. inflasi tahun sebelumnya,
suku bunga berjalan dan/atau kurs tengah Bank Indonesia; 7.hasil perbandingan
dengan kontrak sejenis, baik yang dilakukan dengan instansi lain maupun pihak
lain; 8. perkiraan perhitungan biaya yang dilakukan oleh konsultan perencana (engineer’s estimate); 9. norma indeks;
dan atau informasi lain yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. HPS (Harga
Perhitungan Sendiri) untuk pelelangan/seleksi internasional dapat menggunakan
informasi harga barang/jasa di luar negeri. HPS (Harga Perhitungan Sendiri)
telah memperhitungkan PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) dan (overhead + profit yang
wajar), HPS (Harga Perhitungan Sendiri) tidak boleh memperhitungkan biaya tidak
terduga, biaya lain-lain, dan PPh (Pajak Penghasilan) penyedia barang/jasa.

rates and / or Bank Indonesia middle rates; 7. comparative results with similar

calculation of costs carried out by a planning consultant (engineer’s
estimate); 9. index norms; and or other information that can be accounted for. Own
Calculation Price for international auction / selection can use information on
prices of goods / services abroad. Own Calculation Price has calculated VAT
