Keadaan Darurat yang meliputi Minearc
Refuge Chamber adalah ruang yang terbuat dari baja tempat pengungsi atau
penyelamatan jiwa dalam keadaan darurat pada daerah pertambangan. Minearc Refuge Chamber yang
dipasang dirancang untuk mengakomodasi orang dalam jumlah 8 (delapan) & 20
jika terjadi situasi darurat di dalam tambang bawah tanah dan dilengkapi dengan
suatu sistem yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan udara dalam chamber selama 36 jam. Sistem pengontrol
kualitas udara dalam chamber yaitu 1.
udara kompresor yang disaring, 2. okisgen medis dalam botol, dan 3. lilin
oksigen.

of Teacher Training and Education of MU (Mandailing University) to update by
understanding the Emergency Management Concept which includes the Minearc
Refuge Chamber is a space made of steel where refugees or soul rescue in an
emergency situation in the mining area. The installed Minearc Refuge Chamber is
designed to accommodate people in the amount of 8 (eight) & 20 in the event
of an emergency in an underground mine and is equipped with a system used to
maintain air in the chamber for 36 hours. The air quality control system in the
chamber is 1. filtered air compressor, 2. medical oxygen in the bottle, and 3.
oxygen wax.

Sosiologi-Antropologi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) UM
(Universitas Mandailing) untuk memutakhirkan dengan memahami Konsep Manajemen
Keadaan Darurat yang meliputi pengenalan bagian – bagian Refuge Chamber dan
fungsinya yaitu 1. Refuge Chamber meliputi 1.1. ruang baja yang
dirancang khusus, 1.2. tidak dirancang untuk menahan benturan langsung seperti
batuan yang jatuh dan terowongan yang roboh, dan 1.3. dilengkapi 3 (tiga) jenis
suplai udara kompresor yang disaring yaitu botol oksigen dan lilin oksigen; 2.
EMAP (Emergency Mine Air Processing) Unit meliputi 2.1. berfungsi sebagai CO2
scrubbing system dan CO scrubbing system, 2.2. dirancang untuk
membersihkan udara di dalam ruang terbatas (confined
space), dan 2.3. untuk menyerap
Karbon Dioksida (CO2) dan karbon monoksida (CO) dari udara di dalam chamber; 3. botol oksigen meliputi 3.1.
adalah sebuah tabung yang di dalamnya berisi Oksigen Medis, 3.2. volumenya
6.000 liter okisgen (minimal) / tabung, dan 3.3. mampu untuk 15 orang selama 40
jam (0,5 liter per orang per menit kondisi diam); 4. lilin oksigen (oxygen candle) meliputi 4.1. adalah lilin untuk penghasil oksigen, 4.2.
menghasilkan 6.200 liter oksigen dalam proses penyublinan selama 60 – 80 menit,
4.3. ditempatkan di dalam sebuah canister baja anti-karat, dan 4.4. tidak dapat
dimatikan setelah dinyalakan; 5. sistem pendeteksi gas (Gas Detection System) meliputi 5.1. peralatan untuk mengukur
kandungan oksigen (O2), karbon dioksida (CO2), dan karbon monoksida
(CO) dan 5.2. pengujian udara perlu dilakukan setiap jam pada saat dioperasikan
menggunakan botol dan lilin oksigen; 6. pispot (self-contained toilet) meliputi 6.1. sebagai alat
penampung pada saat buang air, 6.2. kapasitas 20,5 liter, dan 6.3. dilengkapi
dengan 1 (satu) sachet deodoran dan
pembersih tangki penampung “secure”;
7. sistem pendingin udara (air
conditioning system) meliputi 7.1. adalah peralatan yang digunakan
mengontrol suhu dan 7.2. pengoperasiannya menggunakan Remote Control; dan 8.
sistem penerangan dan kelistrikan meliputi 8.1. dihubungkan ke jaringan listrik
AC 240 volt, 8.2. listrik AC digunakan untuk pengisian unit battery, 8.3.
apabila arus listrik mati/putus maka lampu depan akan menyala merah berkedip
dan chamber bekerja dengan tenaga battery, dan 8.4. battery akan mampu
digunakan selama 36 jam jila listrik AC mati atau putus.

Refuge Chamber and its functions, namely 1. Refuge Chamber includes 1.1.
specially designed steel room, 1.2. not designed to withstand direct impacts
such as falling rocks and collapsed tunnels, and 1.3. equipped with 3 (three)
types of compressor air supply, namely oxygen bottles and oxygen candles; 2.
Emergency Mine Air Processing (EMAP) Unit includes 2.1. serves as a CO2
scrubbing system and CO scrubbing system, 2.2. designed to clean air in
confined spaces, and 2.3. to absorb Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and carbon
monoxide (CO) from the air in the chamber; 3. Oxygen bottles include 3.1. is a
tube in which contains Medical Oxygen, 3.2. the volume is 6,000 liters
(minimum) / tube, and 3.3. able to 15 people for 40 hours (0.5 liters per
person per minute in silent condition); 4. Oxygen candle includes 4.1. is a
candle for producing oxygen, 4.2. produced 6,200 liters of oxygen in the
process of filtration for 60 - 80 minutes, 4.3. placed in an stainless steel
canister, and 4.4. cannot be turned off after it is turned on; 5. Gas Detection
System includes 5.1. equipment for measuring oxygen (O2), carbon
dioxide (CO2) and carbon monoxide (CO) and 5.2. air testing needs to
be done every hour when operated using oxygen bottles and candles; 6.
Self-contained toilets include 6.1. as a means of collecting when defecating,
6.2. capacity of 20.5 liters, and 6.3. equipped with 1 (one) sachet deodorant
and "secure" storage tank cleaners; 7. the air conditioning system
includes 7.1. is equipment used to control temperature and 7.2. operation using
Remote Control; and 8. lighting and electricity systems include 8.1. connected to
AC 240 volt power grid, 8.2. AC power is used to charge the battery unit, 8.3.
if the electric current is off / disconnected, the front light will flash blink
red and the chamber works with battery power, and 8.4. the battery will be able
to be used for 36 hours if the AC power is off or broken.

kita lakukan ?, yang harus kita lakukan adalah identifikasi bahaya dan
penilaian risiko meliputi 1. kecelakaan atau cidera terjadi apabila ada kontak
atau persentuhan langsung; 2. sebuah lubang besar pada lantai kerja di processing plant adalah suatu bahaya,
apabila tidak ditutup atau diberi pagar pengaman akan terjadi sebuah risiko; 3.
menghirup gas H2S / CO / CO2 dampaknya terhadap manusia
tergantung pada konsentrasi dan durasi pemaparan. Gas H2S tersebut
berpotensi mencelakakan namun belum menjadi risiko bila tidak terpapar ke
manusia; dan 4. pulley conveyor tidak dilengkapi pagar pengaman
adalah suatu bahaya. Kondisi tersebut baru berubah menjadi risiko apabila kita
melakukan perawatan, perbaikan, pembersihan, atau berada di dekat pulley tersebut.

should we do?, All we have to do is hazard identification and risk assessment
including 1. accidents or injuries occur
if there is contact or contact directly; 2. a large hole in the work floor at
the processing plant is a danger, if it is not closed or given a safety fence a
risk will occur; 3. inhalation of H2S / CO / CO2 gas
impacts on humans depends on the concentration and duration of exposure. H2S
gas has the potential to cause harm but has not become a risk if it is not
exposed to humans; and 4. conveyor pulleys not equipped with safety fences are
a danger. This condition has only changed into a risk if we do maintenance,
repair, cleaning, or near the pulley.
