Bahwa manusia di dalam masyarakat desa pada hakikatnya adalah makhluk yang mampu berfikir, mampu dan suka berbuat, makhluk hidup dalam hubungan sosial yang baik, serta makhluk yang mendapatkan pendidikan dan masyarakat desa memerlukan pendidikan. Dengan keberadaan seperti itu masyarakat desa mampu membangun ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta mampu menciptakan peradaban dan kebudayaan yang telah berlangsung berabad – abad lamanya, bahwa sebenarnya keberadaan (eksistensi) manusia di dalam masyarakat desa merupakan suatu integritas dari berbagai aspek keberadaan dirinya, yaitu dirinya sebagai makhluk individu yang membedakan ia dari diri orang lain yang mempunyai jati diri tertentu, masyarakat di desa sebagai makhluk sosial yang memerlukan adanya orang lain untuk mengembangkan jati dirinya dan memberi makna atas keberadaannya, makhluk di desa sebagai makhluk sosial yang berbudaya dalam kaitannya dalam hidup bermasyarakat, makhluk di desa juga sebagai makhluk yang religius yang secara mutlak meyakini adanya kekuatan dan kekuasaan di luar dirinya.

That humans in rural communities are essentially creatures who are able to think, are able and like to do things, living things in good social relations, and beings who get education and rural communities need education. With such existence the village community is able to build science and technology, and is able to create civilization and culture that has lasted for centuries, that actually the existence of human beings in rural communities is an integrity of various aspects of its existence, namely itself as individual beings that distinguish him from others who have a certain identity, the people in the village as social beings who need other people to develop their identity and give meaning to their existence, beings in the village as social beings who are cultured in relation to community life, creatures in the village are also religious beings who absolutely believe in the existence of power and power outside themselves.
