Pertambangan, Fakultas Teknik Pertambangan dan Perminyakan (FTTM) UM
(Universitas Mandailing) untuk memutakhirkan dengan memahami Peraturan Menteri
Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia Nomor : 11 Tahun 2012 tentang
Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 07 Tahun 2012 tentang Peningkatan Nilai Tambah Mineral melalui Kegiatan Pengolahan dan
Pemurnian Mineral yaitu memutuskan
menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber
Daya Mineral Nomor 07 Tahun 2012 tentang Peningkatan Nilai Tambah Mineral Melalui Kegiatan Pengolahan dan
Pemurnian Mineral, Pasal 1, beberapa
ketentuan dalam Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 07 Tahun
2012 tentang Peningkatan Nilai Tambah Melalui Kegiatan Pengolahan dan Pemurnian
Mineral (Berita Negara Republik
Indonesia Tahun 2012 Nomor 165), diubah sebagai berikut, 1. Diantara Pasal 21
sampai Pasal 22 disisipkan 1 (satu) pasal yakni Pasal 21A, yang berbunyi
sebagai berikut, Pasal 21A, (1) Pemegang IUP (Izin Usaha Pertambangan) Operasi
Produksi dan IPR (Izin Pertambangan Rakyat) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 21
dapat menjual bijih (raw material
atau ore) mineral ke luar negeri apabila telah mendapatkan rekomendasi dari
Menteri c.q. (casu quo / lebih spesifik lagi) Direktur Jenderal, (2)
rekomendasi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) diberikan setelah Pemegang IUP
(Izin Usaha Pertambangan) Operasi Produksi dan dan IPR (Izin Pertambangan
Rakyat) memenuhi persyaratan antara lain, a. status IUP (Izin Usaha
Pertambangan) Operasi Produksi dan IPR (Izin Pertambangan Rakyat) Clear and Clean, b. melunasi
kewajiban pembayaran keuangan kepada
Negara, c. menyampaikan rencana kerja dan/atau kerja sama dalam pengolahan
dan/atau pemurnian mineral di dalam negeri,
dan menandatangani fakta integritas.

Engineering of MU (Mandailing University) to update by understanding Regulation
of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia
Number: 11 of 2012 concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of
Energy and Mineral Resources Number 07 of 2012 concerning Increasing Added
Value of Minerals through Mineral Processing and Purification Activities,
namely deciding to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral
Resources concerning Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Energy and
Mineral Resources Number 07 of 2012 concerning Increased Mineral Value through
Mineral Processing and Purification Activities, Article 1, several provisions
in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 07 of
2012 concerning Improvement of Added Value through Mineral Processing and
Purification Activities (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012
Number 165), amended as follows, 1. Between Article 21 to Article 22 is
inserted 1 (one) article, namely Article 21A, which reads as follows, Article
21A, (1) Holders of Mining Business Permit of Production Operation and People's
Mining Permit as referred to in Article 21 can sell mineral ore (raw material
or ore) abroad if they have received a recommendation from the Minister c.q.
(casu quo / more specifically) Director General, (2) the recommendation
referred to in paragraph (1) is given after the holder of Mining Business
License of Production Operation and and People's Mining Permit fulfill the
requirements, among others, a. status of Mining Business Permit of Production
Operation and People's Mining Permit are Clear and Clean, b. repay financial
payment obligations to the State, c. submit work plans and / or cooperation in
processing and / or refining minerals in the country, and sign the facts of
integrity.

Jurusan Kimia dalam Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA), Jurusan Pendidikan Kimia dalam Fakultas Keguruan
dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP), dan Jurusan Kimia dalam Fakultas Ilmu
Pengetahuan untuk memutakhirkan dengan memahami Bentuk dari Sulfur yaitu 1.
Pada tambang batubara sulfur di dalam batuan (dan juga batubara) ditemukan
dalam bentuk 1.1. S organik, 1.2. S Sulfat, dan 1.3. S Sulfida; 2. S Organik
meliputi 2.1. terkait dengan material
tumbuhan pembentuk batubara dan terikat secara organik di dalam batubara serta
batuan atap (roof) atau lantai (floor) batubara dan 2.2. secara kimiawi
umumnya tidak reaktif, sedikit atau bahkan tidak berperan dalam pembentukan AAT
(Air Asam Tambang); 3. S Sulfat meliputi 3.1. umumnya terdapat dalam jumlah
sedikit di dalam batubara atau batuan pada kondisi lembab, bisa dalam jumlah
yang lebih banyak pada kondisi acid,
3.2. umumnya merupakan produk dari pelapukan dan oksidasi sulfur, 3.3. jika
terbentuk gypsum (CaSO4) asam tidak lagi akan terbentuk karena
gypsum adalah garam yang netral, 3.4. jika terbentuk jarosit [KFe3(SO4)2(OH)6]
tambahan asam akan terbentuk dari oksidasi mineral
ini, walaupun tidak akan besar; dan 4. S Sulfida yaitu 4.1. pirit paling umum
ditemukan pada endapan sedimen dan 4.2. jumlah yang signifikan ditemukan di
endapan organik (carbonaceous), bahan
organik yang membusuk di lingkungan basah akan membentuk H2S dan
selanjutnya presipitasi iron monosulphide, sejalan dengan waktu
monosulfida ini berubah menjadi pirit.

the Faculty of Science to update by understanding The form of Sulfur is 1. In
the coal mine sulfur inside rock (and also coal) is found in the form of 1.1. S
Organic, 1.2. S Sulphate, and 1.3. S Sulfide; 2. S Organic includes 2.1.
related to plant material forming coal and organically bonded in coal as well as
rocks of roofs or floors of coal and 2.2. chemically generally not reactive,
little or no role in the formation of Mine Acid Drainage; 3. S Sulfate includes
3.1. generally present in small amounts in coal or rock in humid conditions,
can be in greater amounts in acidic conditions, 3.2. generally a product of
weathering and sulfur oxidation, 3.3. if gypsum (CaSO4) is formed,
the acid will no longer formed because gypsum is a neutral salt, 3.4. if
jarosite [KFe3(SO4)2(OH)6] is
formed, additional acid will form from the oxidation of this mineral, although
it will not be large; and 4. S Sulfide is 4.1. pyrite is most commonly found in
sediment deposits and 4.2. a significant amount is found in organic deposits (carbonaceous),
decaying organic matter in the wet environment will form H2S and
then iron monosulphide precipitation, in line with the time this monosulfide
turns into pyrite.

is based on the results of a joint measurement of the volume of work that has
actually been carried out by the Goods / Services Provider, and 2.3.4. it is
possible to have additional / less work based on the results of joint
measurements of required work, 2.4. A Contract of Joint Lump Sum and Unit Price
are Contracts which are a combination of Lump Sum and Unit Price in 1 (one)
agreed work, 2.5. Percentage Contract is another Consultation / Service
Procurement Contract, with the following conditions 2.5.1. Other Consultancy /
Service Providers receive rewards based on a percentage of the value of a
particular job and 2.5.2. the payment is based on the product / output stage
produced in accordance with the contents of the contract, and 2.6. Turn Key Contract
is a Procurement Contract of Goods / Construction Services / other Services for
the completion of all work within a certain time limit with the provisions of
