mengembangkan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) jalur jalan dan sempadan sungai sebagai
bagian dari pengendalian terhadap pola ruang kawasan, penyerap polusi, serta
penyerap air hujan, dan menciptakan iklim mikro kawasan perkotaan, 2.3.
mengembangkan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) pada skala pelayanan kecamatan,
kelurahan maupun lingkungan di kabupaten dengan tipologi dan fungsi yang
menyesuaikan terhadap kondisi karakteristik wilayah serta kebutuhan penyediaan
RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau), 2.4. mengembangkan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) privat
pada masing – masing perumahan dan perkantoran serta fasilitas sosial / umum
dengan koefisien minimal 20%, 2.5. mengintegrasikan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau)
dengan kawasan lain di kabupaten, namun memiliki citra dan identitas lokal,
2.6. mengembangkan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) sesuai dengan kebijakan tata ruang
wilayah, 2.7. memperkuat identitas kawasan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) sesuai
dengan kebijakan tata ruang wilayah, 2.8. menciptakan keterpaduan antar bentuk
dan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) pada kawasan sekitarnya, dan 2.9. menciptakan
penghijauan (landscape) yang sesuai
dengan vegetasi lokal serta menciptakan ruang terbuka umum yang dapat dinikmati
oleh seluruh masyarakat kota.

Terbuka Hijau) dirancang sepanjang sisi dalam ruang milik jalan dan median
jalan jika jalan tersebut sudah memiliki median jalan, 1.2. RTH (Ruang Terbuka
Hijau) dirancang dengan fungsi yang dibutuhkan pada jalan tersebut, 1.3. RTH
(Ruang Terbuka Hijau) dirancang dengan tata letak yang dibutuhkan pada jalan
tersebut, dan 1.4. RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) dengan fungsi estetika dirancang
dengan memadukan antara tanaman hias/bunga dalam pot dengan tanaman peneduh;
dan 2. Kriteria vegetasi untuk jalur hijau jalan adalah 2.1. tumbuh baik pada
tanah padat, 2.2. sistem perakaran masuk ke dalam tanah, tidak merusak konstruksi dan
bangunan, 2.3. fase anakan tumbuh cepat, tetapi tumbuh lambat pada fase dewasa,
2.4. ukuran dewasa sesuai ruang yang tersedia, 2.5. batang dan sistem
percabangan kuat, 2.6. batang tegak kuat, tidak mudah patah dan tidak berbanir,
2.7. perawakan dan bentuk tajuk cukup indah, 2.8. tajuk cukup rindang dan
kompak, tetapi tidak terlalu gelap, 2.9. ukuran dan bentuk tajuk seimbang
dengan tinggi pohon, 2.10. daun sebaiknya berukuran sempit (nanofill), 2.11. tidak menggugurkan
daun, 2.12. daun tidak mudah rontok karena terpaan angin kencang, 2.13. saat
berbunga/berbuah tidak mengotori jalan, 2.14. buah berukuran kecil dan tidak
