1. Pekarangan Rumah Besar yaitu 1.1. kategori yang termasuk rumah besar adalah
dengan luas lahan di atas 500 m2, 1.2. RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) minimum yang diharuskan adalah luas
lahan (m2) dikurangi luas dasar bangunan (m2) sesuai
peraturan daerah setempat, dan 1.3. pohon pelindung yang harus disediakan minimal 3 (tiga) pohon pelindung
ditambah dengan perdu dan semak serta penutup tanah dan/atau rumput, 2.
Pekarangan Rumah Sedang yaitu 2.1. kategori yang termasuk rumah sedang dengan
luas lahan antara 200 m2 sampai dengan 500 m2, 2.2. RTH
(Ruang Terbuka Hijau) minimum yang
diharuskan adalah luas lahan (m2) dikurangi luas dasar bangunan (m2) sesuai
peraturan daerah setempat, dan 2.3. jumlah pohon pelindung yang harus disediakan
minimal 2 (dua) pohon pelindung
ditambah dengan tanaman semak dan perdu, serta penutup tanah dan/atau rumput,
dan 3. Pekarangan Rumah Kecil yaitu 3.1. kategori yang termasuk rumah kecil
adalah rumah dengan luas lahan di bawah 200 m2, 3.2. RTH (Ruang Terbuka
Hijau) minimum yang diharuskan adalah
luas lahan (m2) dikurangi luas dasar bangunan (m2) sesuai
peraturan daerah setempat, 3.3. jumlah pohon yang harus disediakan minimal 1 (satu) pohon pelindung
ditambah tanaman semak dan perdu, serta penutup tanah dan/atau rumput, dan 3.4.
keterbatasan luas halaman dengan jalan lingkungan yang sempit, tidak menutup
kemungkinan untuk menwujudkan RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) melalui penanaman

up to 500 m2, 2.2. The minimum Green Open Space required is the area
of land (m2) minus the area of the building base (m2)
in accordance with local regulations, and 2.3. the number of protective trees
that must be provided at least 2 (two) protective trees plus shrubs, as well as
soil and / or grass cover, and 3. Small House Yard namely 3.1. the category
which includes a small house is a house with a land area below 200 m2,
3.2. The minimum Green Open Space required is the area of land (m2)
minus the area of the building base (m2) according to local
regulations, 3.3. the number of trees that must be provided at least 1 (one)

isolasi, listrik statik, dan sambaran petir; 2. Pengendalian bahaya listrik
berupa kecelakaan pada pekerjaan konstruksi disebabkan oleh kombinasi 3 (tiga)
faktor berikut yaitu 2.1. peralatan/instalasi yang tidak aman, 2.2. lingkungan
pada pekerjaan konstruksi, dan 2.3. perilaku / cara kerja yang tidak aman; 3.
Pengendalian, gunakan GFCI (Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupter) untuk 3.1. melindungi arus kejut, dan 3.2. mendeteksi
perbedaan arus pada kawat positif dan negatif (putih – hitam), 3.3. Jika grounding gagal, GFCI akan memutuskan
arus dalam 1/40th of a second,
3.4. gunakan GFCI’s on pada semua
instalasi listrik (120- volt, single phase, 15- and 20- ampere), dan
3.5. terapkan program menjamin
penggunaan grounding pada peralatan
listrik; 4. Lockout and tagging of
circuits yaitu 4.1. gunakan kunci sesudah tidak menggunakan listrik, 4.2.
gunakan tag controls, 4.3. tag semua peralatan atau rangkaian yang
memungkinkan mempunyai arus kejut, dan 4.4. tag
harus jelas dan mudah terlihat; dan
5. Safety-related work practice,
gunakan pagar dan tanda yang jelas pada perlengkapan atau peralatan listrik
berupa tulisan Danger, High Voltage.

Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian UM (Universitas Mandailing) dengan memutakhirkan dan
memahami 1. Proses Terjadinya Air Asam Tambang berupa 1.1. dampak yang
ditimbulkan AAT (Air Asam Tambang) adalah terhadap biota perairan, baik secara
langsung karena tingkat keasaman yang tinggi maupun karena peningkatan
kandungan logam di dalam air (air yang bersifat asam mudah melarutkan logam –
logam), 1.2. pembentukan AAT (Air Asam Tambang) sekali terjadi akan sulit untuk
dihentikan, karena merupakan suatu proses yang kontinyu sampai salah satu reaktannya
habis, 1.3. pengalaman dari berbagai kasus di dunia, masalah AAT (Air Asam
Tambang) dapat berdampak jangka panjang (bahkan sampai puluhan atau ratusan
tahun), bisa jauh lebih panjang daripada life
of mine; dan 2. Pembentukan AAT (Air Asam Tambang) yaitu 2.1. pembentukan
AAT (Air Asam Tambang) dimungkinkan karena tersedianya 2.1.1. mineral sulfida
sebagai sumber sulfur / asam, 2.1.2. oksigen (dalam udara) sebagai
pengoksidasi, dan 2.1.3. air sebagai pencuci hasil oksidasi, 2.2. oleh karena
itu perlu diketahui jenis sulfur yang terdapat di dalam batuan yang mudah
teroksidasi adalah sulfur yang terdapat dalam bentuk mineral sulfida antara lain FeS2 (pyrite), FeS2 (marcasite),
FexSx (pyrrhotite),
CU2S (chalcocite), CuS (covellite), MoS2 (molybdenite), CuFeS2 (chalcopyrite), PbS (galena), ZnS (sphalerite), dan FeAsS (arsenopyrite).
