Kepala Politbiro Teknologi Lingkungan, Biro Teknologi, Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan dan Strategi MPRT YMR (Majelis Pimpinan Rukun Tetangga Yayasan Mandailing Raya) untuk merekomendasikan kepada Jurusan Teknik Lingkungan, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan (FTSL) UM (Universitas Mandailing) untuk memutakhirkan dengan memahami Pembentukan AAT (Air Asam Tambang) yang meliputi 1. Dari seluruh mineral sulfida-pirit yang diketahui sangat reaktif dalam proses pembentukan AAT (Air Asam Tambang) [molar metal /sulfur ratio < 1], 2. Keberadaan pirit di tambang batubara terdapat di dalam sedimen (pada overburden dan interburden), terutama di lapisan atap (roof) dan lantai (floor) batubara, serta pengotor di lapisan batubara (abu atau clayband), 3. Biasanya lapisan batuan carbonaceous (karbonan) atau coaly (misalnya carbonaceous atau coaly clay) mengandung mineral sulfida yang cukup signifikan, 4. Tidak selalu berkorelasi langsung dengan kandungan sulfur di dalam lapisan batubara, tidak berarti tambang batubara dengan kandungan sulfur yang rendah tidak berpotensi AAT (Air Asam Tambang), 5. Pada tambang bijih, potensi AAT (Air Asam Tambang) terutama pada bijih yang berasosiasi dengan mineral sulfida, seperti bijh tembaga, emas, timbal, dan seng, 6. Walaupun pada tambang tersebut terdapat berbagai mineral sulfida, pirit merupakan pembentuk AAT (Air Asam Tambang) utama karena nisbah milar metal-sulfur < 1, bandingkan misalnya dengan galena (Pb/S=1) atau arsenopirit [(Fe+As)/S = 2], dan 7. Potensi pembentukan AAT (Air Asam Tambang) terdapat pada overburden atau waste rock atau tailing.
The Head of The Politburo of Environmental Technology, The Bureau of Technology, The Centre of Development for Policy and Strategy of The Neighborhood Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation to recommend to the Department of  Environmental Engineering, the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering of MU (Mandailing University) to update by understanding the Formation of Mine Acid Drainage which includes 1. Of all sulfide minerals known to be highly reactive in the formation of Mine Acid Drainage [molar metal / sulfur ratio <1], 2. The presence of pyrite in coal mines is in the sediment (in overburden and interburden), especially in the layers of roof and floor of coal, as well as impurities in coal seams (ash or clayband), 3. Usually rock layers of carbonaceous (carbonan) or coaly (eg carbonaceous or coaly clay) contain sulfide minerals are quite significant, 4. Do not always correlate directly with sulfur content in the coal seam, does not mean coal mining of with low sulfur content has no potential for Mine Acid Drainage, 5. In ore mines, the potential of Mine Acid Drainage is mainly on ores associated with sulfide minerals, such as copper, gold, lead, and zinc ore, 6 Although the mine there are various sulfide minerals, pyrite is a major forming Mine Acid Drainage because of the mylar ratio of metal-sulfur <1, compare for example with galena (Pb / S = 1) or arsenopyrite [(Fe + As) / S = 2], and 7. Formation potential of Mine Acid Drainage is found in overburden or waste rock or tailings.

Tanda Bukti Perjanjian Tertulis yang meliputi 1.1. bukti pembelian s.d. Rp10.000.000,-, 1.2. kuitansi s.d. Rp50.000.000,-, 1.3. Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK) untuk 1.3.1. barang / pekerjaan konstruksi / jasa lainnya s.d. Rp200.000.000,- dan 1.3.2. jasa konsultasi s.d. Rp50.000.000,-, 1.4. Surat Perjanjian meliputi 1.4.1. barang / pekerjaan konstruksi / jasa lainnya di atas Rp200.000.000,- dan 1.4.2. jasa konsultasi di atas Rp50.000.000,-, dan 5. Surat Pesanan digunakan untuk Pengadaan Barang/Jasa melalui E-Purchasing dan pembelian secara online; 2. Rancangan Bukti Perjanjian dengan isi minimal rancangan kontrak meliputi 2.1. Work Order Letter for 1.3.1. other construction / service goods / work until IDR 200,000,000 and 1.3.2. consulting services until IDR50,000,000, 1.4. Agreement covers 1.4.1. other construction / service goods / works above IDR200,000,000 and 1.4.2. Consultation services above IDR50,000,000 and 5. Order Letter is used for Procurement of Goods / Services through E-purchasing and online purchases; 2. Evidence Draft of Agreement with the minimum contents of the contract draft covering 2.1. Proof of Purchase includes the identity of the provider, value of purchase, and type and amount of goods / services, 2.2. receipt includes the identity of the parties, the value of the purchase, type and amount of goods / services, and the signature of the provider on stamp duty in accordance with applicable regulations, 2.3. Whereas in order to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of controlling mineral sales abroad, it is necessary to amend the regulation on increasing mineral value added through mineral processing and refining activities and b.
