Langkah – Langkah Identifikasi Potensi AAT (Air Asam Tambang) yang meliputi 1. Program prediksi terjadinya AAT (Air
Asam Tambang) mencakup 3 (tiga) langkah yaitu 1.1. identifikasi dan penjabaran
semua material geologi (batuan) yang
akan digali, ter-exposed, atau
terganggu oleh penambangan, 1.2. perkiraan potensi pembangkitan AAT (Air Asam
Tambang) dan jika memungkinkan, waktu setiap batuan ter-exposed dan kondisi lingkungannya, dan 1.3. pengembangan program
mitigasi dan pemantauan atas dasar perkiraan potensi AAT (Air Asam Tambang) dan
kebutuhan perlindungan lingkungan; dan 2. Langkah Pertama yaitu 2.1. parameter
yang perlu diketahui untuk setiap geological
material antara lain adalah jumlah,
dimensi, lokasi, proses pembentukan, litologi, mineralogi, mineralisasi
sulfida, alterasi, derajat oksidasi, warna, ukuran butir, struktur, rekahan,
dan kekuatan. Umumnya 1 (satu) atau lebih dari parameter tersebut merupakan kontributor
penting atau mengendalikan proses pelapukan, dan 2.2. idealnya geological material dibagi menjadi satuan – satuan yang homogen, seandainya
karena variabelitas hal tersebut tidak dapat dilakukan, maka geological material dibagi berdasarkan pertimbangan praktis, misalnya tinggi
jenjang.

(Mandailing University) to update by understanding Identification Steps of the Potential of Mine
Acid Drainage which include 1. prediction program of the occurrence of Mine
Acid Drainage includes 3 (three) steps namely 1.1. identification and
elaboration of all geological material (rocks) that will be excavated, exposed,
or disturbed by mining, 1.2. estimated potential of generation of Mine Acid
Drainage and if possible, the time each rock is exposed and its environmental
conditions, and 1.3. development of mitigation and monitoring programs on the
basis of estimates of the potential for Mine Acid Drainage and environmental
protection needs; and 2. The first step is 2.1. parameters that need to be
known for each geological material include the number, dimensions, location, formation
process, lithology, mineralogy, sulfide mineralization, alteration, degree of
oxidation, color, grain size, structure, fracture, and strength. Generally 1
(one) or more of these parameters are important contributors or control of
weathering processes, and 2.2. ideally geological material is divided into
homogeneous units, if because of the variable it cannot be done, then the
geological material is divided based on practical considerations, for example
height level.

Mandailing Foundation to recommend to the Department
of Mechanical Engineering in the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering,
The Department of Mechanical Engineering Education in The Faculty of Teacher
Training and Education, and the Department of Mechanical Engineering and
Biosystems in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology of MU (Mandailing
University) to update by understanding the
Procedures for Crane Testing which includes 1. Physical examination, namely
1.1. general examination, 1.2. check connections, 1.3. check load holder hook,
1.4. inspection of moving and rotating parts, 1.5. checks hydraulic system /
pneumatic, and 1.6. checks wire rope; 2. Test preparation includes 2.1.
preparation for testing place, 2.2. the testing procedure to be used, 2.3. test
equipment, 2.3.1. load measuring device (load cell), 2.3.2. test load, and
2.3.3. other measuring devices, 2.4. operators who have qualified / certified,
3. Implementation of testing includes 3.1. no load test and 3.2. test with load
that is 3.2.1. full load test and 3.2.2. over load test; 4. Examination after
testing, inspection of all parts that are overburdened and moving or silent to
know the possibility of deformation, cracking, loose, on bolts and / or other
defects; 5. Completion of the test form, filling out the test form based on the
data of the tool and the test results to be used as documents for the
submission of the feasibility of mining equipment.
