CONCERNING
GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION,
EVALUATION, AND APPROVAL OF FEASIBILITY STUDY REPORTS FOR MINING BUSINESS
PERMITS FOR ROCK COMMODITIES WITH A MAXIMUM AREA OF 50 (FIFTY) HECTARES AND
MINING PLAN DOCUMENTS FOR ROCK MINING PERMITS

KELIMA :
Format persetujuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KESATU huruf a terdiri
atas:
a. format persetujuan dokumen studi kelayakan izin
usaha pertambangan komoditas batuan dengan luasan paling luas 50 (lima puluh)
hektar, tercantum dalam lampiran IIIA,
b. format persetujuan dokumen rencana penambangan
SIPB, tercantum dalam lampiran IIIB,
yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan
Direktur Jenderal ini.
FIFTH : The approval format as
referred to in Dictum FIRST letter a consists of:
a. the format
for approval of the feasibility study document for a mining business permit for
rock commodities with a maximum area of 50 (fifty) hectares, listed in
Appendix IIIA,
b. the format
for approval of the SIPB mining plan document, listed in Appendix IIIB,
which is an integral part of this Decree of
the Director General.
KEENAM :
Keputusan Direktur Jenderal ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan.
SIXTH : This Decision of the
Director General shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
