Sebagai Pendiri & Ketum (Ketua Umum) MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya, saya hanya fokus pada konsep yang saya tuangkan dalam JBARSM (Jurnal Bulanan Analisis Riset Sepanjang Masa), kefokusan saya sebagai konseptor utama MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya adalah upaya kondusivitas atas realitas perkembangan MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya yang sangat dominan saat ini, untuk menjaga eksistensi MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya, maka saya harus menganalisis secara numeris atas seluruh organ organik organisatoris organisasi MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya.

To achieve the realization of MU (Mandailing University) , stages are institutionalized The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation on as the recommenders of The Autonomous Institution of The Formattor Body of MU (Mandailing University) & Yunior High Islamic School of SHJ (Sri Harapan Jaya).

 

Untuk hal-hal yang berhubungan & berkaitan dengan upaya-upaya LO Bafor UM & MTs SHJ (Lembaga Otonom Badan Formatur Universitas Mandailing & Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sri Harapan Jaya) mengeksiskan UM (Universitas Mandailing) sangat didominasi oleh dunia keilmiahan & orientasi akademik dari yang direspon secara positif oleh seluruh Personil MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya terutama yang berlatar belakang guru besar (profesor).

For things related & associated with the efforts of The Autonomous Institution of The Formattor Body of MU (Mandailing University) & Yunior High Islamic School of SHJ (Sri Harapan Jaya) to exist MU (Mandailing University)  is dominated by the world of scholarship & academic orientation of which responded  in positive by all personnel of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation especially with background great teacher (professor).

 

Orientasi akademis MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya berlaku untuk seluruh Personil MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya tanpa terkecuali, menuju UM (Universitas Mandailing) World Qualification.

Bagi Personil MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya yang tersangka dalam kasus kriminal tetap diaktifkan dalam kepengurusan MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya sesuai dengan status, pangkat, dan jabatan yang diembannya dengan tidak diberi kenaikan pangkat sampai statusnya bersih dari tersangka yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tepat.

1. For Personnel of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation are suspects in criminal cases remain enabled in the management of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation in accordance with the status, rank, and entrusted with positions that were not given a promotion to a clean status of suspects who have proper legal force.

 

2. Bagi Personil MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya yang terdakwa dalam kasus kriminal dinonaktifkan dalam kepengurusan MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya sesuai dengan status, pangkat, dan jabatan yang diembannya dengan tidak diberi kenaikan pangkat sampai statusnya bersih dari terdakwa yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tepat, dan diaktifkan kembali setelah bersih dari dakwaan dengan diberikan status, pangkat, dan jabatan yang diembannya saat menjadi terdakwa.  

2. For Personnel of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation is the defendant in a criminal case is disabled in the management of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation in accordance with the status, rank, and office was adopting with not given a promotion until the status is cleared of the accused who have proper legal force, and reactivated after net of charges to be given status, rank, and adopting current position becomes the accused.

 

3. Bagi Personil MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya yang terdakwa dalam kasus kriminal dibebaskan dalam kepengurusan MPP(G) YMR, Majelis Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing Raya sesuai dengan status, pangkat, dan jabatan yang diembannya dengan tidak diberi kenaikan pangkat sampai selesai menjalani masa hukuman yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tepat, dan diaktifkan kembali setelah melalui masa hukuman ditambah 4 (empat) kali masa hukuman yang dijalani dengan diberikan kembali status, pangkat, dan jabatan yang diembannya saat menjadi terdakwa.

3. For Personnel of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation is the defendant in a criminal case were released in the management of The Central (Global) Leadership Assembly of The Great Mandailing Foundation in accordance with the status, rank, and office was adopting with not given a promotion to complete serving a sentence which has the force of law the right, and turned back on after a period of sentence plus four (4) times the period of the sentence being served by being given the status, rank, and adopting current position becomes the accused.
