a. Identitas pemegang IUP atau IUPK (nama badan usaha / koperasi / perseorangan, alamat lengkap, penanggung jawab rencana atau kegiatan);

Bab ini mencakup realisasi pembukaan lahan tahun yang dilaporkan & rencana pembukaan lahan tahun berjalan meliputi :

This chapter includes the realization of land clearing of year reported & the current year land clearing plan includes:

1. Kegiatan Eksplorasi.

1. Exploration.

 

a. Uraian mengenai kegiatan lapangan yang dilakukan terdiri atas pemetaan geologi, penyelidikan geofisika, penyelidikan geokimia, pembuatan sumur uji, parit uji, pemboran, pembuatan terowongan, dan lain sebagainya;

a. Description of field activities were conducted consisting of geological mapping, geophysics, geochemical investigations, the manufacture of test wells, testing trench, drilling, tunneling, and so forth;

b. Uraian mengenai metode yang digunakan (geologi, geofisika, seperti polarisasi terimbas, potensial diri, seismik, gaya berat, geomagnet, sounding, side scan sonar, dan batuan, parit uji, sumur uji, pemboran) dan peralatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Eksplorasi.

b. Description of the methods used (geology, geophysics, such as polarization induced, self potential, seismic, gravity, geomagnetic, sounding, side scan sonar, and rock, testing trench, test wells, drilling) and equipment used in exploration activities.

c. Uraian mengenai lokasi dan luas lahan yang digunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan pada setiap metode.

This chapter covers the implementation of Reclamation of year reported and the current year reclamation plan which includes:

1. Lahan yang direklamasi.

Uraian mengenai tahapan kegiatan Reklamasi pada lokasi dan luas lahan terganggu yang telah direklamasi, meliputi :

1. The land is reclaimed.
The description of the stages of Reclamation activities on location and disturbed land area that has been reclaimed, include:

a. Penataan permukaan tanah (bekas kegiatan Eksplorasi dan bekas fasilitas penunjang Eksplorasi);

a. Structuring the surface of the ground (the former Exploration and former Exploration supporting facilities);

b. Penimbunan kembali lahan bekas kegiatan Eksplorasi (bekas lubang bor, kolam pemboran, sumur uji, dan parit uji);

b. Backfilling of mined land of exploration activities (former of boreholes, drilling pond, testing well, and test trenches);

 

c. Pengendalian erosi dan pengelolaan air.
