5.1.	Biaya langsung Direct costs
	5.1.1.	Biaya penatagunaan lahan Land use costs	berisikan tentang biaya: contains information about costs:
			a.	penataan permukaan tanah; land surface arrangement;
			b.	penimbunan lahan bekas kegiatan Ekplorasi; dan landfilling of former exploration activities; and
			c.	pengendalian erosi dan pengelolaan air. erosion control and water management.
	5.1.2.	Biaya revegetasi Revegetation costs	berisikan tentang biaya: contains information about costs:
			a.	analisis kualitas tanah; soil quality analysis;
			b.	pemupukan; fertilization;
			c.	pengadaan bibit; procurement of seeds;
			d.	penanaman; dan planting; and
			e.	pemeliharaan tanaman. plant maintenance.
5.2.	Biaya tidak langsung Indirect costs		berisikan tentang Uraian mengenai biaya yang harus dimasukkan dalam perhitungan Reklamasi dan sedapat mungkin ditetapkan dengan menggunakan standar acuan yang ditentukan sebagai berikut: contains a description of the costs that must be included in the Reclamation calculations and as far as possible determined using the reference standards specified as follows:
			a.	biaya mobilisasi dan demobilisasi alat sebesar 2,5% (dua koma lima persen) dari biaya langsung atau berdasarkan perhitungan; mobilization and demobilization costs for equipment amounting to 2.5% (two point five percent) of direct costs or based on calculations;
			b.	biaya perencanaan Reklamasi sebesar 2% (dua persen) sampai dengan 10% (sepuluh persen) dari biaya langsung; Reclamation planning costs amount to 2% (two percent) to 10% (ten percent) of direct costs;
			c.	biaya administrasi dan keuntungan pihak ketiga sebagai pelaksana Reklamasi tahap Eksplorasi sebesar 3% (tiga persen) sampai dengan 14% (empat belas persen) dari biaya langsung; dan administrative costs and profits for third parties as implementers of Reclamation in the Exploration stage amounting to 3% (three percent) to 14% (fourteen percent) of direct costs; and
			d.	biaya supervisi sebesar 2% (dua persen) sampai dengan 7% (tujuh persen) dari biaya langsung. supervision costs of 2% (two percent) to 7% (seven percent) of direct costs.
5.3.	Total Biaya Total Cost		berisikan tentang Uraian mengenai total biaya langsung ditambah dengan biaya tidak langsung dan biaya tersebut sudah harus memperhitungkan nilai uang masa depan dalam mata uang Rupiah atau Dolar Amerika Serikat. contains a description of the total direct costs plus indirect costs and these costs must take into account the future value of money in Rupiah or United States Dollars.
