maksudkan sebagai basis awal regenerasi dan kaderisasi eksis yang akan
membentuk formasi jalinan jaringan kekuatan akan organisasi MPP(G) YMR, Majelis
Pimpinan Pusat (Global) Yayasan Mandailing
Raya yang kemudian dalam kuliah ini kita menghitung berapa jumlah pengurus yang
aktif dan berapa pula pengurus yang tidak aktif yang dalam hal mana tentu saja
kita memulai dari basis awal yang akan menjadi penumpu akan kaderisasi ke
depan.

sempit yang sempalan, boros, bias, radikal, instan, hedon, parsial, statis, dan

Agussalim dibuat 4 (opat) Politikan yaitu menambahkan Lembaga Edukatif selain
Lembaga Eksekutif, Lembaga Legislatif, dan Lembaga Yudikatif, seluruh Teori
Lembaga Edukatif adalah sumber pengambilan kebijakan buat Lembaga Eksekutif,
Lembaga Legislatif, dan Lembaga Yudikatif, di mana pun di atas dunia ini arah
akal setiap Presiden adalah berdasarkan pada hasil akademisi, juga nalar akal
hukum bagi Lembaga Yudikatif di dalamnya MK (Mahkamah Konstitusi), MA (Mahkamah
Agung), Kejaksaan Agung, dan Kepolisian berbasiskan pada rumusan pendidikan
hukum yang dihasilkan oleh akademisi hukum, tentu nalar akal anggota senator RI (Republik Indonesia),
legislatif mulai dari anggota DPRD Kab./Kot. (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat
Kabupaten/Kota) bersumber pada ahli profesional sosial akademisi yaitu
antropolog, kontlasi narasi UM (Universitas Mandailing) di dalam realitas 4
(opat) Politikan harus secara absolut, senator
RI (Republik Indonesia), legislatif mulai dari anggota DPRD Kab./Kot. (Dewan
Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten/Kota) mengakui keberadaan UM ( Universitas

Agussalim yang memengaruhi Konsep Pembagian Kekuasaan (Distribution of Power) dari Trias Politika yang dikodekan oleh J.J.

Nopember 2018 banyak jalan dan jembatan rusak akibat terjangan air hujan dengan
meluapnya sungai yang melampaui DAS (Daerah Aliran Sungai) sampai ke GSS (Garis
Sempadan Sungai) sampai meluap ke permukiman warga, hal-hal yang perlu kita
perhatikan dalam upaya mitigasi meluapnya arus sungai adalah pencegahan dan pemulihan
yang merupakan bagian kajian (riset) Jurusan Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial
dan Ilmu Politik (FISIPOL) dan Jurusan Teknik Lingkungan, Fakultas Teknik Sipil
dan Lingkungan UM (Universitas Mandailing), secara kajian sosiologi perdesaan
dan antropologi modern, maka
perdesaan di Kabupaten Mandailing bertambah penduduk yang membutuhkan tindak
lanjut memenuhi kebutuhan primer pangan dan kebutuhan sekunder rumah, untuk
keseimbangan alam dan kelanjutan hayati di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, maka
pemenuhan kebutuhan primer yaitu intensifikasi sumber daya lahan yang tersedia
secara optimal, tingginya curah hujan
yang melanda Bumi Mandailing adalah iklim dan kondisi global yang memengaruhi
kondisi lokal Bumi Mandailing sejalan dengan proses bumi yang terus tereksploitasi,
untuk hal tersebut penanaman pohon-pohon di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal secara
merta secara massif harus dilakukan oleh seluruh warga Kabupaten Mandailing
Natal, kesinambungan alam Kabupaten Mandailing Natal terletak pada bagaimana
kita melakukan konservasi terhadap alam yang dalam hal ini Fakultas Kehutanan
UM (Universitas Mandailing).

hal ini interaksi yang politik ditengarai berawal dari kondisi realitas
Sumatera Utara yang perlu dibenahi, bila memang anggota DPRD Prov. S.U. (Dewan
Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara) terbukti secara syah dan
meyakinkan melakukan tindak korupsi yang merugikan negara, orientasi birokrasi
saya ke depan adalah pasca 20 (dua puluh) tahun mengabdi sebagai ASN (Aparatur
Sipil Negara) sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada memungkinkan saya pensiun dini
yang dalam hal ini memberikan saya peluang masuk ke dunia politik secara total, termasuk di dalamnya mencalonkan
