THE IMPORTANCE OF WARRANTIES AND RECOGNITION OF VILLAGE COMMUNITY TO HUMAN RIGHTS

MUATAN – MUATAN (CONTENTS) :

Menghargai HAM (Hak Azasi Manusia) bukan hanya tanggung jawab Pemerintah, seluruh masyarakat desa bertanggung jawab untuk mewujudkannya dalam sikap dan tingkah laku sehari – hari. Tanpa usaha komponen masyarakat desa, usaha saling menghargai martabat dan harga diri orang dalam hidup sehari – hari tidak akan terwujud.

Respecting human rights is not just the responsibility of the Government, the whole village community is responsible for making it happen in everyday attitude and behavior. Without the efforts of rural community components, mutual respect for the dignity and self-esteem of people in everyday life will not be realized.

Walaupun tanpak sederhana namun mengupayakan usaha saling menghargai martabat dan harga diri orang lain tidaklah mudah. Berbagai kepentingan yang berbeda – beda dalam hubungan seseorang dengan pihak lain seringkali memicu kegagalan, karenanya kita semua masyarakat desa perlu bersifat kritis dan bijaksana terhadap berbagai kepentingan yang ada di balik relasi – relasi yang ada di dalam masyarakat. Segala kepentingan itu haruslah tunduk pada kepentingan moral yang lebih besar, yaitu penghargaan martabat dan harga diri orang itu lah kiatnya, tanpa itu keinginan untuk menciptakan budaya menghargai martabat dan harga diri orang lain, pasti lah akan kandas.

Although saw simple, but trying to respect each other's dignity is not easy. Different interests in one's relationships with others often lead to failure, hence we all villagers need to be critical and wise to the interests that lie behind the relationships that exist in society. All these interests must be subject to greater moral interest, that is, the dignity and pride of the person is the trick, without it the desire to create a culture of respect for the dignity of others, will surely run aground.

Dan pentingnya HAM (Hak Azasi Manusia) dalam era globalisasi pada masa sekarang sebagai berikut,

And the importance of Human Rights in the era of globalization in the present as follows,

1.    Memungkinkan orang merealisasikan kehidupan yang lebih bermartabat dan kehidupan yang lebih manusiawi.

1. Lets people realize a more dignified life and a more human life.

2.    Memungkinkan mendorong orang untuk hidup lebih kreatif dalam mengupayakan kehidupan yang lebih baik.

2. Lets encourage people to live more creatively in the quest for a better life.

3.    Memungkinkan orang merealisasikan segala potensi dirinya.

3. Lets people realize all their potential.

4.    Memungkinkan terselenggaranya kehidupan bermasyarakat yang tidak diskriminatif dan apresiatif terhadap keberagaman.

4. Enabling community life with non-discriminatory and appreciative to diversity.

5.    Memungkinkan terselenggaranya keserasian hidup bermasyarakat yang lebih otentik.

5. Allows the implementation of more authentic social harmony.

                                                                                       

6.    Memungkinkan terciptanya kehidupan yang semakin demokratis dan beradab dalam bermasyarakat, berbangsa, maupun bernegara.  

6. Lets create an increasingly democratic and civilized life in the community, nation, and state.
