7. Air tambang adalah air yang berada di lokasi
dan/atau berasal dari proses kegiatan pertambangan, baik penambangan,
penimbunan maupun pengolahan yang harus dikelola sebelum dilepas ke media
lingkungan hidup.
7. Mine water
is water that is located at a location and/or originates from mining
activities, whether mining, stockpiling or processing, which must be managed
before being released into the environmental media.
8. Air larian permukaan adalah air hujan yang melimpas
pada wilayah pertambangan dan bukan akibat kegiatan pertambangan.
8. Surface
runoff is rainwater that overflows into mining areas and is not the result of
mining activities.
9. Air asam tambang adalah air yang bersifat asam
akibat oksidasi mineral sulfida pada kegiatan pertambangan. (halaman 197)
