Penjelasan Matrik :
1. FR (Frequency rate): Jumlah korban kecelakaan x 1.000.000/Jumlah jam kerja kumulatif
2. SR (Severity rate): Jumlah hari kerja hilang x 1.000.000/Jumlah jam kerja kumulatif
3. Rasio Kelayakan Kerja = Jumlah pekerja yang sakit karena penyakit, tidak termasuk kecelakaan/Jumlah Tenaga kerja x 100%
4. MFR (Morbidity Frequency Rate) = Jumlah pekerja yang sakit karena penyakit, tidak termasuk kecelakaan/Jumlah jam kerja kumulatif x 1.000.000
5. Absence Severity Rate (ASR) = Jumlah absensi karena sakit, tidak termasuk kecelakaan)/Jumlah jam kerja kumulatif x 1.000.000
6. Spell Severity Rate (SSR) = Jumlah absensi karena sakit, tidak termasuk kecelakaan/jumlah spell
7. Rasio PAK = Jumlah kasus PAK/Jumlah tenaga kerja
