THE IMPORTANCE OF VALUE OF SOCIAL ADMINISTRATION IN THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY IN THE VILLAGE OF MANDAILING NATAL ON THE BINNEKA TUNGGAL IKA

 

MUATAN – MUATAN (CONTENTS) :

 

Bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang majemuk, untuk itu diperlukan usaha serius dan terus – menerus untuk menjaga agar kemajemukan itu tidak mengancam persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengembangkan rasa kebersamaan di antara sesama warga desa, maupun sesama Bangsa Indonesia.

The Indonesian Nation is a pluralistic nation, therefore it takes serious and continuous effort to keep the pluralism not threaten the union and unity of the nation, one of the efforts that can be done is to develop a sense of togetherness among fellow villagers, as well as fellow Indonesia.

 

Dalam kehidupan yang berasazkan kebersamaan itu dapat dipupuk rasa saling setia, setia di antara sesama warga desa, begitu juga sesama Bangsa Indonesia sehingga tumbuhlah kesetiaan terhadap masyarakat, bangsa, dan Negara Indonesia.

In a life based of mutual unity that can be fostered mutual loyalty, faithful among fellow villagers, as well as fellow Indonesia so grows loyalty to the people, the nation, and the State of Indonesia.

 

Di samping alasan masa lampau dan kebutuhan masa depan, kesetiaan dan kesetiakawanan sosial itu sesungguhnya diwajibkan oleh beberapa ketentuan perundang-undangan sebagai sontoh,

Tentang kesetiakawanan sosial, Pasal 34 UUD 1945 menentukan, “fakir miskin dan anak – anak terlantar dipelihara oleh negara”, negara memelihara fakir miskin dengan uang yang diperoleh, baik dari keuntungan Badan – Badan Usaha Milik Negara maupu dari pajak yang dibayar oleh rakyat. Oleh karena itu, dengan membayar pajak, sesungguhnya kita sudah mewujudkan kesetiakawanan sosial.

Concerning social solidarity, Article 34 of the 1945 Constitution provides, "the poor and neglected children are kept by the state", the state maintains the needy with the money earned, both from the profits of the State-Owned Enterprises and from taxes paid by the people. Therefore, by paying taxes, we have actually embodied social solidarity.

 

Sudah barang tentu bukan hanya negara yang dapat atau boleh memelihara fakir miskin dan anak – anak terlantar, setiap warga desa dapat berperan serta dalam melaksanakan tugas mulia tersebut.

Of course, it is not only the country that can or can care for the poor and the abandoned children, every villager can participate in carrying out this noble task.

 

Orang atau sekelompok orang dapat mendirikan panti – panti asuhan, panti jompo, yaysan – yayasan, dan lain – lain.

Kesetiaan penting karena bermanfaat, baik bagi diri sendiri, bagi masyarkat, bangsa maupun negara.

Loyalty is important because it is beneficial, good for yourself, for society, nation and country.

 

Ketidaksetiaan akan mengakibatkan hal – hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti,

1.    Kemiskinan.

2.    Kesengsaraan.

3.    Kebodohan.

Infidelity will lead to undesirable things such as,

1. Poverty.

2. Tribulation.

3. Folly.

 

Bentuk – bentuk ketidaksetiaan adalah,

1.    Penjajahan.

2.    Kerusuhan.

The forms of infidelity are,

1. Colonialism.

2. Riot.

 

Jika kesetiaan dalam ikatan solidaritas desa, maupun kemauan bersatu dan kesepakatan untuk mewujudkan tujuan bersama luntur ada kemungkinan keutuhan Bangsa akan terancam.

If loyalty in the ties of village solidarity, as well as a united will and agreement to realize the common goal of fading, there is the possibility of the integrity of the Nation will be threatened.

 

Oleh karena itu, kita masyarakat desa di desa – desa Mandailing Natal harus memegang terus prinsip untuk selalu setia memelihara keutuhan Bangsa kita, maupu n keutuhan persatuan yang ada di desa – desa yang ada di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal.

Therefore, we villagers in the villages of Mandailing Natal must hold the principle to always faithfully preserve the integrity of our Nation, and the union or unity that exists in the villages in Mandailing Natal Regency.

 

Untuk itu kesetiaan pada Bangsa, dan Negara maupun kesetiaan pada UUD 1945 harus mulai kita kembangkan bersama, mulai dari lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan tempat tinggal, dimana keluarga merupakan satuan besar bagi terbentuknya masyarakat.

For that loyalty to the Nation, and the State as well as loyalty to the 1945 Constitution should be began by us develop together, ranging from the family environment, residence environment, where the family is a great unit for the formation of society.

 

Baik buruknya kepribadian seseorang sebagai anggota masyarakat akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan, kebiasaan dalam keluarga itu, oleh karena itu pembiasaan berperilaku  setia dan kesetiakawanan sosial dalam lingkup keluarga sangatlah penting.

Both the best and the bad  of personality of a person as a member of society will be greatly influenced by habits, habits in the family, therefore the habit of behaving faithfully and social solidarity within the family is very important.

 

è  Kesetiaan terhadap Bangsa dan Negara adalah keteguhan hati dan ketaatan terhadap tujuan dan cita – cita Bangsa.

è  Loyalty to the Nation and the State is perseverance and adherence to the goals and ideals of the Nation.

 

è  Azas kebersamaan adalah azas yang mengajarkan agar dalam kehidupan bersama setiap orang peduli terhadap kepentingan dan kesejahteraan orang lain.

è  Salah satu wujud kesetiaan Bangsa Indonesia saat ini kesediaan mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kebersamaan dengan menegaskan nilai – nilai kesetiaan.

è  One manifestation of the loyalty of the Indonesian nation today is the willingness to maintain and develop togetherness by affirming the values ​​of loyalty.

 

è  Kesetiakawanan sosial merupakan rasa solidaritas yang melandasi hubungan antar sesama warga masyarakat, inti solidaritas kesediaan untuk memahami dan memperhatikan kepentingan dan kebutuhan orang lain.

è  Social solidarity is a sense of solidarity that underlies the relationship among fellow citizens, the core of the solidarity of willingness to understand and pay attention to the interests and needs of others.

 

è  Sikap dan perilaku setia, serta rasa kesetiakawanan sosial sangatlah perlu dikembangkan sejak dini, baik dalam lingkungan keluarga, maupun dalam lingkungan kehidupan yang lebih luas.

è  Loyal attitudes and behaviors, as well as a sense of social solidarity, need to be developed early on, both in the family environment, and in the wider life environment.
