memengaruhi sejarah dunia dengan mulus tanpa tantangan, tidak ada figur dunia
yang berasal dari kenyamanan, semuanya berawal dari kerumitan – kerumitan yang
dituntaskan menjadi tangga permanen ke arah kemajuan karena alam pada masa
orang – orang besar tersebut memang melakukan kerumitan pada diri figur – figur
dunia tersebut, saya sebagai Pendiri UM (Universitas Mandailing) melengkapkan
tinjauan dan pelaku aksi kehidupan dengan sabar, berke-Tuhan-an, dan mandiri
penuh, dalam istilah saya sistem mengikuti figur bukan sebaliknya, figur
mengikuti sistem, energi apakah yang ada dalam diri figur – figur tersebut
sehingga terseleksi alam, ternyata figur – figur tersebut adalah insan – insan
yang berserah diri kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Perkasa dan mereka rata – rata
percaya pada takdir yang harus dirasakan sendiri dan tidak lari dari kenyataan,
kembali kepada dinamika UM (Universitas Mandailing), maka saya sebagai Pendiri
UM (Universitas Mandailing) akan tetap eksis dalam menghantar UM (Universitas
Mandailing) SM (Sepanjang Masa), kepemimpinan ke depan untuk seratus tahun ke
depan akan didominasi para profesional yang ilmiah mulai dari ekonom,
teknokrat, dan profesional lainnya, isu politik sebagai bagian kehidupan diisi
para profesional, Sub Politbiro Geologi Struktur,

YMR (Majelis Pimpinan Rukun Tetangga Yayasan Mandailing Raya) sebagai Civitas
Akademika UM (Universitas Mandailing) ditempa oleh seleksi alam dalam
mendinamisasi UM (Universitas Mandailing).
The greats men are
always hammered by the harsh nature, strong willed to build a conducive
environment for the community, and are self-sufficient, yet I have found people
who influence the history of the world seamlessly without any challenge, no
world figure derived from comfort, it all started from the complexities that
were completed into the permanent ladder to the progress of nature in the days
when the great men did indeed complicate the self of the world figures, I as
the Founder of MU (Mandailing University) completed the review and the actors
of life with patient, have God minded, and self-contained, in my terms the
system follows the figure not the other way around, the figure follows the
system, what energy is in the figures so that the natural is selected, the
figures are surrendered to the Almighty God and they averagely believe in the
fate that must be felt itself and did not escape from reality, back to the
dynamics of MU (Mandailing University), so I as Founder of MU (Mandailing
University) will still exist in delivering MU (Mandailing University) of All
Time, forward leadership for one hundred years in front will be dominated by
scientific professionals ranging from economists, technocrats and other
professionals, political issues as a part of life filled with professionals, The
Sub-Politburo of Structure Geological, The Politburo of Geology, The Bureau of
Operations, The Centre of
Development for Policy and Strategy of The Neighborhood Leadership Assembly of
The Great Mandailing Foundation as Civitas Academy of MU (Mandailing
