Prosesi
keilmiahan yang saya pasakbumikan di Bumi Mandailing didasarkan kepada kemajuan
alam dan modernisasi yang muncul secara global
dan mendatangi setiap individu di atas dunia, landasan keilmiahan UM
(Universitas Mandailing) berdasarkan kepada Pendidikan Tinggi modern sebagai HAM (Hak Azasi Manusia)
dengan berparameter kepada kompetensi saya sebagi birokrat yang teknokrat yang
melayani masyarakat yang bermental guru besar (profesor) yaitu saya sebagai ASN
(Aparatur Sipil Negara) yang tidak berpolitik dan berpolitik praktis, dalam
mengasuh UM (Universitas Mandailing) saya belajar secara cerdas dan tekun
mewujudkan UM (Universitas Mandailing) sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Kualifikasi
Dunia, individu – individu yang bergelar sarjana, magister, doktor, dan guru besar
(profesor) untuk secara sadar ikut mengabdikan ilmunya di UM (Universitas
Mandailing), bertumbuhnya beberapa PT (Perguruan Tinggi) di Bumi Mandailing
saya sambut positif sejalan dengan ikut sertanya UM (Universitas Mandailing)
yang membangun riset ilmiah Pendidikan Tinggi yang Kualifikasi Dunia, analisis
isi pada keilmiahan selalu membawa dampak peradaban yang semakin baik dari
dekade ke dekade, alam pikiran saya dalam mendirikan UM (Universitas
Mandailing) tertuang di dalam JBAR MGB SM (Jurnal Bulanan Analisis Riset Mikron
Gen Biologis Sepanjang Masa), masyarakat Bumi Mandailing tentu saya perjuangkan
dimana Bumi Mandailing adalah tempat saya lahir, menempuh pendidikan sampai
SLTA (Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Atas) dan bekerja, Bumi Mandailing sesuai visi
dan misi UM (Universitas Mandailing) bersama – sama membangun dengan Bumi
Tapanuli, Bumi Minangkabau, Bumi Aceh, Bumi Melayu, dan Bumi Riau sebagai
tetangga dari Bumi Mandailing untuk membangun kecerdasan anak bangsa NKRI
(Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia) untuk misi Perdamaian Abadi Dunia,

Higher Education as Human Rights with a parameter to my competence as a

yang saya miliki setelah saya banyak berkecimpung dalam organisasi – organisasi
konvensional sebelumnya di usia remaja saya di kampung dan di usia dewasa saya
saat mahasiswa, sesungguhnya banyak senior
– senior yang sukses di bidang
profesi apa pun mendirikan Yayasan Pendidikan sebagai pengabdian, kononlah saya
yang sukses berorganisasi mahasiswa dan organisasi pemuda dengan mengembalikan
ruh keilmiahan dalam organisasi, maka sesuai tematik pola pikir (mind set) saya setelah saya menjadi ST
(Sarjana Teknik) saya tertarik pada organisasi, saya tertarik pada keilmiahan,
saya tertarik pada isu dunia internasional global
bumi, dan saya tertarik pada pemikiran yang menghasilkan materi, di dalamnya
